Verifiquen que no les cobren dos veces

La habitacion es amplia y la selva es bellisima

Cons:

Me intentaron cobrar 2 veces (al quejarme me dijeron que no pasaba nada porque igual al quejarme me devolverian el dinero) y a la tercera me mandaron un mensaje que si no actualizaba los datos de mi tarjeta por ausencia de pago me cancelarían la reserva (ya estaba pagada hace más de un mes y confirmada por el hotel) al llamar a recepción la chica no sabía porque era y me dijo que no me podía garantizar que no me cancelarían la reserva y tuve que llamar a booking para que alguien del hotel me confirmara qué eso no iba a pasar. Adicional a eso la habitacion 716 tiene moho en el armario, el teléfono no sirve y además ko era el tipo de habitación por el cual pagué. Sinceramente para ser un hotel tan grande la organización entre el departamento de cobtabilidad y recepcion fue un desastre, pero rescato el excelente trato de los trabajadores que no son de recepción.

Event location close to the city
Pros:

Good size room on a high floor (it is a 8 floor building) overlooking the rainforrest. There are two pools and a restaurant and sports bar (freezing cold, bring a jacket!). Ample parking.

Cons:

The pools were quite dirty, and the food at the restaurant was mediocre. Overall a place I will not go again. One staff spilled my drink and didn't care and didn't clean. The hotel features receptions/weddings in the foyer - I had to walk through the wedding guests at the buffet to get to the elevator - awkward.

Alter Charme mit dringendem Renovierungsbedarf.
Pros:

Gute Lage und an sich schöne Umgebung und schöner Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Personal an der Rezeption und beim Rundgang nett. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich.
Am Besten hat uns der kostenlose Rundgang in die Natur am Morgen gefallen.

Cons:

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend Renovierung. Dadurch wirkt auch alles etwas schmuddelig. Sauberkeit so lala. Nicht schön ist die Haltung der Vögel in den Käfigen, da diese sehr teilnahmslos und vernachlässigt wirken.

À refaire bien évidemment
Pros:

J’ai adoré le fait que l’hôtel soit placé pas loin ou non loin d’un parc national, nous avons pu apercevoir de nombreux animaux exceptionnels , il y a même plusieurs Excursion à faire depuis l’hôtel. Le guide est très cool .
Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet qui est juste incroyable. Et pour terminer la piscine pour se détendre est superbe et immense. La température est très bonne.

Cons:

Il vous faudra une voiture car aux alentours il n’y a pas de supermarché, en tout cas pas ma connaissance

Las instalaciones modernas , limpias exceptuando los aires acondicionados son muy ruidosos y molestan al momento de dormir si uno quiere descansar
