Comfortable rooms, excellent food, fantastic staff.
Pros:

Room cleanliness, size and amenities were excellent. The room service food was fantastic and well presented.
An excellent gym and a lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Noise isolation because of the work was a little uncomfortable.

Good business hotel
Pros:

The Indian restaurant was very good. Food was excellent although ambience was missing as we were the only guests in there .

Cons:

The pool area was tucked behind a service corridor and was very difficult to find. It was also in the same direction from the lifts as the breakfast room which made it slightly uncomfortable walking in bathrobes past people full dressed after breakfast

Pros
Location is great a lot of places close by, although the traffic just outside can be a mess, but im assuming that cause of the construction work.

Rooms are very spacious and well planned.

Toiletries are good quality

Gym is good, well equipped and well maintained.

They have a squash court, sadly I never got the time to play

Sachin from house keeping was great.

Cons:
Below average service at the time of checking in.. checking out was better.

The lobby security in the night tried to stop me from entering, ran after me, stopped me and questioned me.
Was a little off putting.

Not a big problem but its a Non smoking hotel.. which makes life difficult if you need an early morning cigarette.

Swimming pool is a lot smaller than you'd expect and Access to the pool is through the restaurant, which is a little wried.

Amazing weekend staycation
Pros:

We had an amazing weekend staycation. From the newly renovated rooms to the delicious food at The Market, everything was wonderful.
The dinner had a wide variety of food with many live stations and the next day’s brunch was equally enjoyable with lots of fun kids activities around.
The hotel is also conveniently located with easy access to the city and KOPA Mall.

Good Hotel - However - noise due to Renovations !!
Pros:

The hotel is nice and spacious - large rooms however the down side was the noise due to the ongoing renovations - they should have informed guests at the time of booking , which they did not ! That spoilt the impression of the hotel .

The breakfast is good as is the fitness centre and Salon - getting out of the property is an issue due to roadworks and traffic .

Would like to recommend Nitin in the gym , Shreya at Guest relations, Varun at Breakfast and Naushad at Levo Salon - they were very helpful.

Ticks All The Right Boxes
Pros:

Good business hotel with all the boxes checked: front office, f&b, housekeeping - all very helpful and gracious.
Terrace suite well maintained, luxurious space.
In room dining offers a decent variety, while The Market restaurant has a fairly abundant buffet for all meals.
Housekeeping tends to be prompt and pretty efficient (just remember that the evening turn-down service is on request.)
My two standout experiences included the "Service Express" number on the room phone - their one-stop contact for everything; efficient delivery of any service required (dining, booking, housekeeping, etc.) Also, the Marriott Bonvoy app messaging centre is prompt with responses.
My other outstanding service & support came from Mr. Tara at the front office. Very helpful, service-centric, accommodating and obliging.
All in all, a very good stay.
