Modern, clean, quiet hotel in great location
Breakfast facilities weren’t good. Grab & Go items only and at 9am very little items to grab. Feel there could be vast improvement in this area for guests
Air conditioner wasn’t working. There was no electric outlet by the working table.
Absolutely everything! The hotel is beautiful, and the room was spacious and equipped to every little detail we could think of, large windows with a lovely view and a cozy fireplace. It was dreamy. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The overall experience felt like this hotel is very generous, the lobby offers hot beverages etc. There is also a cute spa with a jacuzzi and sauna we enjoyed. And I booked a massage session with the lovely Linden that was divine. The location is great, within a walking distance to the beach. There is a comfortable on site parking as well, which was important to us as we were traveling by car.

I called the staff and spoke to them regarding our phone and watch charger being left behind. They stated they would mail them to us, but they did not.

We stayed at this hotel because it stated there was a Tesla charger. There was an old one that was broken and looked as if it has been that way for a long time. It also had electrical tape on it to keep it together! Misleading information and the hotel should not be able to advertise that they have one to use! Hotel needs renovation.
Beautiful and relaxing hotel. Sauna and hot tub are divine! We had a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was amazing. Love the self service wine/beer wall! Hotel was a perfect location for us to rest after Big Sur and on the way to San Luis Obispo. Hotel is very close to restaurants and shops. Great price especially for the amenities
Loved it all
A great location at the end of Highway 1. Perfect for the end of a road trip down the Big Sur. Lovely spacious rooms. Nice decor. Very friendly staff. Great location to walk into Cambria within a few minutes for local shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
The breakfast was not great and was quite basic.
Huge rooms and super close to the beach
