Comfortable and a good night stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Next to pavillion but on the quiet street of conlay. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Apart from the pest issue, it was generally good
Pros:

Location is good. Spacious room, spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet all 3 separated from each other. Equipped with separate portable water faucet. Room service is efficient. Food is tasty. Friendly front desk.

Cons:

A lot of light switches are not functional. Lamp shades degraded. Furnitures need to refurbish. There are few Roaches in the room, crawling on the mini bar.
