I would of rather stayed at other hotel
Pros:

The lobby has such a beautiful interior. I love the traditional look for Malaysian shapes within the design. The food was delicious and would go back to enjoy the restaurant.

Cons:

As it is an old hotel, it understandably doesn’t function properly however it does not accurately represent a 5 star hotel. My aircon wasn’t cold and the shower and bath both had faults. Towards the end of my stay the water went rusty as well as a decrease in water pressure. On the first morning of my stay, houskeeping understandably tried to enter my room while I was in there as I did not have do not disturb turned on. However the first time they opened the door they couldn’t open the door fully due to the extra lock but then a few minutes later they tried again when it was clear they could not enter. As a single travelling female this was a very uncomfortable experience. When approaching my discontent to reception about the aircon and housekeeping incident, I did not think their response was accommodating to the 5 stars. I found the reception quite unapproachable and unfriendly.

Cons:

1. The room temperature was quite high even at night. AC may be maintained properly.
2. The water from the bathroom was coming in the porch of the bathtub. That can also be resolved.

Pros:

Hotel location is perfect , very close to petronas tower and Bukit Bintang , Breakfast is too good ,have lots of continental as well as Indian variety .
