Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay. I honestly don't think this hotel offers good value.
Pros:

Actually, I just like the location of this hotel near with the Pavillion mall. That's all!

Cons:

The facilities and rooms are in very poor condition. This will definitely be my first and last time staying at this hotel.
The lobby and function hall give a completely different impression compared to the guest rooms. The common areas may look presentable, but the room condition is much worse and extremely disappointing. My room was very dirty, and the carpet looked old, with several black stains. Some of the furniture was also broken and poorly maintained. The room had an unpleasant smell and an uncomfortable, creepy vibe. It was not a pleasant environment. As for the food, both breakfast and lunch were just average. The taste was nothing special, and I was not impressed with the food selection. As a Malaysian, I feel this hotel does not reflect a good image of Malaysia's hospitality.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was superb.

There are yellow urine stains in the toilet bowl. There are blood stains on the bedsheet.

Bra, sentralt beliggende hotell. Hyggelige ansatte.
Pros:

Veldig bra beliggenhet i nærheten av Bukit Bintang og Pavillion kjøpesenter.

Cons:

Det kunne gjerne ha vært litt bedre utvalg av vestlig mat til frokost. F.eks. english breakfast.

Pros:

The staff were good. Bed was good. Bathroom huge.

Cons:

Was not told about master electric switch by the bed. 2 tea bags. No coffee at all in room. Smelt of smoke.TV didn't work. No drinking glasses in the room.

Would stay again if they could fix the room temp at night .
Pros:

Great location across the road from the Mrt station. Also close to the pavilion shopping district. The pool was huge and perfect. The lobby is beautiful. Large buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Only criticism was the room was really hot and night and made it uncomfortable to sleep . We had the ac on full but it didn’t seem to work well at night .

I prefer staying Royale Chulan that i have been staying all Royale Chulan hotels in Malaysia.
Pros:

Just nice and affordable but it will be more ‘sedap’ with arabic taste🙏👍👍👍👍👍

Cons:

Masakan arab or Turkiye that makes a different from what we takes oftenly.

Pros:

1) Breakfast sedap! Kids friendly
2) Boleh berjalan kaki dari MRT Conlay untuk ke Persiaran KLCC (keluar dalam mall Ombak) untuk ke KLCC. Hanya 1stesen sahaja (RM1.00)
3) Staff sangat friendly
4) Dine in room , service sangat cepat sebab order dalam whatsapp sahaja.
5) Aircond sejuk , bantal empuk , bilik wangi

Comfortable and a good night stay.
