Localização e simpatia da receção.

Cons:

Insonorização no quarto nao existe, ouvi os carros na rua. Incompetência total dos empregados do pequeno almoço. Um dia o pedido veio atrasado e frio, outro pedi sumo de laranja que nunca chegou, falavam ao telefone na sala... podemos nao saber fazer bem, mas isso não justifica a indiferença com os clientes.

Cons:

Ridiculous disco noise outside my room from 4pm every evening. Complaint was ignored. Do not stay here if on business or expecting a quiet luxury stay.

Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend.
Pros:

It’s a fantastic hotel. Incredible location directly linked to Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and good gym on premise as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient.
