Everything I wanted for my first time in South Africa
Pros:

Staff are professional and friendly. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. Plus the room is spacious and location is fantastic! The Nelson Mandela Square maybe accessed without going outside. Wonderful breakfast every morning.

the Service at reception on arrival where after a long flight and staff a t reception was not helpful ,not even gentil. I have been to this hotle for the past 10 year of more and always been most welcome.

Un bon séjour
Pros:

C'est un établissement bien, sur tout le plan. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. C'est un établissement très bien sécurisé et calme. Le service de nettoyage était très régulier et très professionnel.

Cons:

Apparemment, le personnel n'est pas disposé à aider ses propres clients habituels, en cas de difficultés de paiement. J'avais oublié, cette fois-ci, mes cartes bancaires; le check in n'a pas été facile; j'étais au bord d'une humiliation, pendant qu'ils avaient la possibilité de prendre directement l'argent online, dans ma réservation (je pense); mais, hélas!
