Bad experience
Pros:

It breakfast was good and its location was close to attractions.

Cons:

The bathroom water was dirty.
The rooms were dusty and not clean.
The apartments not suitable for family.
The Heaters werent working despite informing front desk several times
The room phones werent working.
Rooms were freezing and air con werent working

The hotel was not as good as our previous stay in 2024

Pros:

Der Staff ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, und hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Da in unserem Zimmer das WLAN nicht stabil war und der Nachbar geraucht hat, durften wir direkt umziehen und hatten dann einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Cons:

WLAN nicht überall gut genug für remote work, wurde aber durch einen Zimmerwechsel behoben
