friendly and helpful staff.
shower brackets broken in changing rooms. the spa could be open later in the evenings.
Friendly helpful staff. Good gym and pool
Staff customer service was good.
The room was dirty, 3 guests but one set of towels. Sleep was poor due pipe noise night and early hours seems like that problem is all day round. Noise is very loud and disturbing.
Comfy beds and clean facilities, friendly staff and swimming pool was nice.
Long walk from our room to breakfast and the car for my mum.who had just had a hip replacement. We asked for accessibly rooms adjoining which were lovely bed had to negotiate about 5 heavy fire doors every time we went back and forth.
Don't understand why rooms for accessibility are the furthest away.
Spa ,golf, layout of hotel will be back
I recently attended a business meeting at Lea Marston Hotel & Spa, and I was very impressed with the overall experience.
From the initial communication through to the event itself, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. A special thank you to Carla, who was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service made the entire experience seamless.
The meeting facilities were excellent, and the food served during the event was of a very high standard. Everything was fresh, well presented, and enjoyed by everyone attending. The hotel team was friendly, attentive, and ensured that everything was taken care of throughout the day.
Thank you to Carla and the entire team for making our event such a success. I would highly recommend Lea Marston Hotel & Spa for business meetings and events, and I look forward to returning in the future.
The hospitality and the surroundings..
Close to the locations we wanted to visit.
Have first come to this hotel 20 years ago I was disappointed that the hotel let its self down. Restaurant couldn’t offer much of the menu due to cooking equipment not working. Coffee machine was again not working at breakfast and at no point did the staff offer to set my husband a coffee from other parts of the hotel. Rooms need to be up graded as they are not tired. Pool ad a lot of tiles missing.
I made a booking for my fiancé's birthday, From the initial booking Steph Lawrence made it such a lovely experience, she was friendly and helpful, she even upgraded our room free of charge, which made the celebration even more special. Nothing was too much trouble, and her excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Steph, for helping make my fiancé's birthday one to remember!
The staff were fantastic, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They always seemed happy to assist and made sure we were well looked after. The hotel was also reasonably quiet, despite weddings taking place during our visit, which was a pleasant surprise.
The breakfast could have been better, as the cooked selection felt quite limited and the yoghurt and fruit did not look particularly appetising. Our first evening meal, the fish and chips, was very enjoyable, but the meal on the second evening was disappointing. The soy chicken was extremely hard and overcooked, making it very difficult to eat. The room itself was acceptable, although the corridor had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant.
Location, breakfast was so fresh and good variety
That children could only swim at certain times p
