We've used Lea Marston conference centre for several business meetings.
Carla (from a bookings perspective) and Jacek are always friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The food and drinks always go down very well too!
I booked for a business visit for our corporate directors - hotel rooms (B&B) and an evening meal for our extended management team. The rooms were upgraded FOC and the meals (prebooked) were of the highest quality and presentation. My contact for this whole event was Lana - she was amazing, giving the best customer service i could have asked for and making the event one to remember (which also looks great on me!)

Carpet stains all over the room, sink was blocked, shower drain was slow draining, outdated furniture

The staff on Reception were really welcoming and quickly had us signed in, which was just what we needed after 8 hours on the road.
The food menu in the bar was a bit limited.
We recently hosted our wedding at the venue & everything was perfect. From our initial meeting with Sam, the wedding coordinator beforehand to the staff on the day, we couldn’t fault the service we received.
We were able to have the wedding we wanted, tailored to what and how we wanted it. Sam was very accommodating, listening to our wants & ideas & making suggestions & recommendations accordingly from the beginning. She kept in touch & had regular catch-ups with us throughout the process, which made it easy & smooth sailing.
On the day, everything was taken care of, we just had to turn up & enjoy & soak it all up. The food was delicious & all our guests including ourselves had a wonderful day.

Wasn’t what i expected very disappointing
My room wasn’t the best .. very marked and stained carpets curtains not clean ..
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay after our wedding. The hotel was everything we could have hoped for and it was the perfect setting to round off our special day, and both we and our guests had a wonderful experience.
A huge thank you has to go to Steph, who was incredible from start to finish. She coordinated the accommodation for around 125 of our wedding guests, and the entire process was seamless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always so friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Her organisation and attention to detail made everything so easy, taking away so much of the stress in the lead-up to our wedding.
We can't thank Steph and the whole team enough for helping make our wedding weekend so special. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for a wedding or large event.
