Food was good, room was spacious and a comfy bed. Gym was great
WiFi was a bit slow on my laptop
Location was very good, the swimming pool and spa was enjoyable and staff very helpful and reception was very welcoming
Disappointed, thought the room a bit dated and tired, the bathroom tiles needed a good clean, comfortable bed, we had a meal in the evening, because there was twenty of us in the group they put us at the back of the restaurant and was told we could stay at our tables for the evening but when we finished we were told by a woman behind the bar ( who was quite rude about it ) we could not use the restaurant bar and had to move to the other bar, they just wanted us out of the restaurant. This same woman was rude to us & other members of our group on several other occasions as well.
Breakfast on the Sunday was disappointing it was very busy and they ran out of most things, so had to wait for the dishes to be refilled, most staff were good but I do think they must have been short of staff.
Easy checkon. We were there for a wedding and the staff were all very pleasant
Breakfast was perfect. Couldn’t fault it!
Staff in the “spa” were really rude.
The pool was old and cloudy water and roof was peeling. The bath had hairs in it. The towels were marked. The carpets were very old and the whole place looked unloved and uncared for. Needs a whole glow up desperately.
Hotel is in a really nice location with great parking. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Large room with good facilities and very comfortable.
Checking in after 3pm.
Not being able to buy a drink in Hathaways bar if your not eating and being told to use the other bar. Then they have to go to Hathaways to get your drink as it’s not on tap in that bar 😡😡 Honestly come on Lea Marston.
all good i have stayed there before
nothing
Ideal location for the event we attended.
Should of been informed that there was a function in Bar76, so we couldn't use it. Then we had to use the Halthway bar to be informed we had to sit in the conservatory due to a golf event. Food was over priced for the quality, a bag of crisps was £2.50. Breakfast food tasted great but unfortunately it was cold after picking it up from the hot plate, with only a 2 min walk honour table.
Beautiful setting, 1st class facilities and lovely food

Lovely modern bedroom
Pretty stingy on the milk and biscuits in the room, only one packet of biscuits and only enough milk for one cup of tea
