Above all, the price is good and the room is nice.
Cons:

The wall pretty think, you can hear people next room. Noisy and laughing until late night.

Nice and value for money 3 star hotel
Pros:

Strategically located in the middle of Kota Kinabalu, lots of of eateries nearby, convenient shops, 24-hr laundromat, cheap Grab rides to anywhere within KK

Cons:

Room a bit small without window….i guessed i paid for that, so shouldn’t be complaining
