Fair, but not really a value-for-money stay
Pros:

Facilities are good, very clean & staff are great and responsive to any issues.

Cons:

Room is quite small for the price. You can get better bargain at other 4 star hotel. Not really good value for money.

Great stay
Pros:

Staffs were friendly and polite. Location is nice near to every attraction places. Lots of seafood restaurants nearby. Grab car is also simple and easy.

Prima!
Pros:

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel wat in ruime mate aanwezig is.
We hebben 3 nachten in Cititel verbleven met 1 nacht ertussen waarbij we onze rugzakken in het bagagedepot kostelook konden opslaan. Er wordt aan alle kanten meegedacht en meegewerkt. Dank u!!
Kamers zijn klein maar voldoen prima. Airco doet prima zijn werk en op de gang is koud en warm water te pakken.
Ontbijt is prima verzorgd in klein buffetvorm zowel noodles/Rijst als brood, sapjes en goede bonen-koffie ;-)
Prijs-kwaliteit is prima in orde!

Great for an overnight stay if you have a flight next day to somewhere else.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good!! Close to the airport and easy to reach. Big family room for when you travel with a kid.

綺麗な室内
Pros:

室内は広めで新しく綺麗で過ごしやすかった。ペットボトルの水も2本付いて、簡易スリッパも備え付いていた。ドライヤーは小型だが付いていた。立地は街なかで、コンビニやコインランドリーもすぐ近くにあった。

Cons:

シャワーヘッドが固定。枕元にコンセントはあるがUSB端子は無し。
