Nice property in a relatively central location. Clean and practical. Transport within 7 min walk.

Impractical check in because the apartment was located in another building, not the one used for check in and this is not made sufficiently clear.

ruhiges apartment, gemütliches bett, bisschen wenig ablage für koffer etc

das bett was sehr bequem.
check in/out sehr unkompliziert möglich am terminal.

Cons:

wir hätten uns sehr über ein smart TV gefreut, bei einem sehr verregneten wochenende in oslo.
und mehr ablagefläche für koffer etc. wären gut.

Perfekt beliggenhet på Frogner
Pros:

Beliggenheten var perfekt for 17 mai feiring i byen. Kort gåavstand til det aller meste. Rolig område. Bra utstyrt leilighet med alt man trenger. Behagelig seng.

Cons:

Vi ankom tidlig på innsjekkingsdagen (kl 9) og ville låse inn bagasjen. Ingen svarte på tlf eller ringeklokke på døren- før 2 timer senere(!). Heldigvis fikk vi sjekket inn tidlig. Det burde vært bagasjeoppbevqring både på Nasjonalteateret og i Skovveien.

La limpieza, comodidad, ubicación, bien equipado.

Cons:

No nos dejaron dormir en toda la noche, mucha modernidad pero las tarjetas que abría la puerta estarían duplicadas porque tuvimos la mala suerte de haber alojados un grupo de chicos que estuvieron toda la noche para arriba y para abajo y nos entraban en la habitación incluso con el pestillo echado ya q es una llave como los hoteles. Un despropósito la verdad.

During my stay maintenance wanted to enter my room to change the door battery. He knocked, said maintenance and unlocked and opened the door to enter the room. For a female and single traveller this was a bit scary. I was not informed of the maintenance work as according to Frogner House this is only done for customers who book directly as their email address is known. Booking.com customers are therefore not informed. Poor excuse and bad service as all details are known when booking the room.

Godt ophold, men måden at få sin indgangs nøgle kunne være meget bedre

Det var fint og hyggeligt - god komfort når man endelig kom ind.

Cons:

Det var ekstremt problematisk at man ikke kunne få sit nøglekort efter kl 15.00 selvom det stod at det var muligt i beskrivelsen- jeg ringede på dørtelefonen mange gang og ventede i 20 minutter før end der kom nogle gæster der kunne lukke mig ind. De havde også problemer med at komme ind i bygningen for at hente sin adgangsnøgle. Det var MEGET fustrende !

Værelset lugtede også meget af mad/karry da jeg ankom :( Så måtte lufte ud og sætte parfyme frem.
