Pros:

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great room

Cons:

Lack of forks in the rooms, aircon was locked in cooling mode. Despite the fact we're in Queensland, it still gets cold

Still no restaurant and bar staff was rude.

Also paying money to stay there and we had a room with a fan but the cord of the fan did not reach the outlet so couldn’t use it. Asked staff for extension cord who just said they are aware of this room and no longer give out extensions cords because people take them. Although I do understand this to extent, we would never take it we just wanted a working fan to be comfortable in accomadation we paid to stay in.

Spacious room, lovely pool and patio area. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room needed a good clean, especially bathroom and bedside light fittings. There were no ceiling fans or screen doors, so the room became quite warm and stuffy unless you run the air conditioner. Trip hazards in the main areas with the very uneven floors and lifted tiles.

Economical, good location but room could be better.

The amenities like pool & Jaccuzzi. inhouse bar & food restaurant.

Cons:

Room internal decor was not well done, Wall shaving nails holes unfilled and missing wall hanging to make the room look bit off the mark.
