2nd bed was a camp bed with mattress topper
Pros:

Stayed here many times and 30m from terminal exit.

Cons:

Book Queen room due needing two beds for 2 people. One was a double bed which was absolutely fine, the other was in effect a camp bed which folded out from a sofa. The camp bed had in effect a mattress topper covering the camp bed and I could feel the camp beds metal struts. It was basically uncomfortable, and I think in the future I would take a taxi to hereby Premier Inn if I needed 2 beds in a room. Everything else was fine, but the hotel's primary job in this case provided decent beds was not.Paid over 100gbp for room for one night.

Wouldnt recommend it again and wont stay in any other hampton by hilton propertys

Location was ideal for early flight following morning and the runway views

Cons:

The room had a damp smell , our travel cot took 2 hrs to arrive and when it did it was broken. We were advised that the parking cost was paid then on our return from holiday was expected to pay an extra 80 pounds on top of the 220 for the room . The breakfast was cut at 9am advisning that there was no food left despite breakfast running til 11. The light fixtures in the room were faulty and loose ... the bathroom light switch would only work after turning the ligjt on and off multiple times and the lock to the bathroom didnt work at all

Most disappointing.
Pros:

It was in an excellent location for the airport.

Cons:

I didn’t like the bar as very little choice . The choice of food was appallingly limited. The food was poor. The hotel was being run by amateurs, nobody seemed to be in charge.

Worst hotel ever!
Pros:

Close to the Airport

Cons:

Stood in a Que for 20 minutes only to get to the front to be told, not taking anymore food orders at 8.30pm.

Sofa bed was broken, had to sleep on the floor

Breakfast, wouldn’t give to the dog. Food was cold and the scrambled egg was green and looked like it had been there a month.

Pancake machines not working as they ran out of mix.

Fruit, looked old and black.

Asked 3 different staff where the water was, not one of them spoke English or knew what I was asking for.

Eventually, found the warm water which was absolutely disgusting - god only knows how long it had been there!

Toilets in lounge/eating error were dirty and had no toilet roll in cubicles apart from 1 cubicle at the end.

I will not be staying again, instead I’ll be going up the road to the premier inn.

This isn’t the first time I’ve been unimpressed with this hotel but it’ll certainly be the last.
