We loved the view, the appartment had what it said but l didnt go on holiday to do linen laundry but

We were unable to open the lock box, another guest opened it.

Cons:

More towels, tea towels cleaning and dishcloths. We stsyed 9 night and our apartment wasnt serviced our bed linen wasnt changed and none was supplied. We had to purchase toilet paper. When l asked we were given dishwasher and washing machine powder and tea bags.

Friendly staff and such a perfect location! Incredible views!

Cons:

Unfortunately our oven didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge deal. A couple of extra toilet rolls and garbage bags could have been good for a 4 night stay.

Very enjoyable place to stay
Pros:

Good view of beach and sea; Close to beach, restaurants and shops; Close to pathways for walks; Easy access to building; Well stocked appliances and cutlery; Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Parking garage was tight and could have been difficult during a busier period. The building is aging; Lifts were slow and could become frustrating during peak periods. Our unit had a single bathroom and a powder room but lacked an ensuite bathroom. This could be challenging if family and guests were present.

Pros:

The sea view was great.

Cons:

The apartment was filthy. One of the cook top hobs had been left on and couldn't be turned off. Someone had to disconnect the cook top from the main switchboard meaning we couldn't cook. The oven and grill were too filthy to use. The wooden floors hadn't been mopped and were sticky so the bottoms of our feet were black. The mattress protector on the bed was dirty and stained. The apartment was 'tired' and needs upgrading to where people get value for the price they had paid. We couldn't stay after the one night of our six nights and requested a refund.

Wouldn’t stay here again, waste of money.

It was a good location and right on the beach

Cons:

The car park is very low and our car didn’t fit properly. The car park they put us in had a giant pole in the middle of the way making it impossible to actually park in there. Very hard to maneuverer throughout the car park as it was very tight. Tried to talk to staff for a refund and they refused as parking wasn’t a good enough reason. In the first night of our stay the hot water cut off mid shower and was luke warm at best. Staff weren’t accomodating or friendly at all. The walls were dirty there was paint chipping off the walls everywhere. False advertisement

Amazing apartment with beautiful views and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
Pros:

The unit we were given was on the top floor and had the most amazing views. The apartment was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It made for a very enjoyable stay.
