Pros:

デパートが近くにあり、ロケーションは良かった。
ルームサビースで、飯を頼んだが美味しかった。
下の階に寝床があり、ホテルは1部屋というイメージだったので子供達が喜んでいた。

Cons:

エアコンを使用しているが、部屋の温度が下がらず暑かった。扇風機を持ってきてもらい使用した。

Pros:

The location and the breakfast, we stayed in this hotel every time that we're in Manila. Been staying here for years my husband is already asking for loyalty stay 🤪.

Pros:

Le personnel a eu la gentillesse de nous aviser quand la chambre fut prête (plus tôt que l’heure de Check in). Nous avons également eu un upstage gratuit de chambre ce qui était très apprécié.

Très grande chambre, avec cuisinette. Très propre

Eventhough i showed them booking.com confirmation for changing occupant name. they still asked me for email and id photo to proof my identity . Which I had to do .
That was unexpected action by the hotel management.

smells good, clear communication with staff, decent breakfast, crib was provided for our infant

my wife had a hard time sleeping and what food we ordered from their restaurant was oily for our taste

The flexibility of check-in time. For a person who is working, this is very helpful.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

This is a comfortable hotel which meets all a travellers needs and is great value for money. The staff are all helpfull and friendly. It is located 5 minutes walk from the lightvrail, ane onexstop to the national museums and two stops to intramuros. There is a huge shopping mall with many dining options just down the road. Breakfast changes every day with a varietybof Phillipino dishes to sample. Recommended.

Cons:

The area is a bit grotty compared to the swish areas of town.
