Cons:

I made my reservation online and it didn’t allow me to pay with my credit card. It says that I pay when I get to the hotel and when I got to the hotel, I didn’t have a reservation. They wanted me to pay on site and the price was way too high.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are modern but building has very poor/outdated plumbing
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and supportive. The location is perfect and easily accessible for Uber / Taxi should this be needed. Starbucks and a couple of restaurants are located next door, which is convenient because you can skip the morning and evening traffic jams. The breakfast food buffet is good and freshly prepared.

Cons:

There is no hot water available in the shower or sink (the faucets only have on/off, no adjustment of the water temperature); Further the water pressure of the shower is so low that a shower is hardly possible. The toilet flushing is compromised by the low water pressure in the plumbing overall. For a one-night stay, the conditions are workable for a single occupant.

Cons:

Não gostei de várias coisas: o transfer do aeroporto para o hotel não funcionou para mim. O ponto para pegar o transfer, no aeroporto, e mal sializado. Foi difícil encontrar. Não tinha horário de frequência. O motorista do transfer de um outro hotel informou que eu tinha que ligar para o hotel enviar o veículo. Liguei várias vezes e ninguém atendeu na recepção. Ao chegar, a chave do hotel não funcionou para o elevador. O pior de tudo foi no quarto: cheiro horrível, de umidade, de guardado. E o barulho do ar condicionado foi incompatível com a possibilidade de dormir. Havia algumas sinalizações com QR Code para serviços do hotel, mas nenhum informe sobre acesso ao Wi-Fi, nada. A localização do hotel tb não ajuda. Embora seja a 3 km do aeroporto e num local estranho que impossibilita chegar a pé após aterrisar na cidade. É isso não está claro em lugar nenhum.

Que está muy cerca del aeropuerto!!!

Cons:

El estacionamiento es muy limitado, el cuarto estaba sucio se podía ver que no tienen una buena limpieza y mucho polvo. El escusado no colchaba, al aire acondicionado le tomo bastante para enfriar y el teléfono para comunicarse al lobby no funcionaba.

Me gusto Que el hotel esta muy cerca del aeropuerto… Que tengan incluido el transporte al aeropuerto cada 30 min… Tienes un restaurante bastante cerca, y un seven eleven a 2 minutes caminando…

Cons:

El aire acondicionado es demasiado ruidoso, llamé facil como unas 10 veces al room service y nunca me contestaron, se agradece que provean ciertos artículos de limpieza como shampoo, jabón de manos, body lotion etc, pero creo que por el precio de la habitación, podría ser un poco de mejor calidad.

Gutes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte in Kombination mit Ankunft oder Abflug vom Internationalen Flughafen Monterrey. Sehr praktisch ist der kostenlose Shuttleservice. Ein Anruf kurz nach der Ankunft genügt und der Shuttle ist innerhalb von 30 Minuten vor Ort. Auch vom Hotel zum Flughafen funktioniert der Shuttleservice sehr einfach. Die Zimmer selbst sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, an der Sauberkeit gab es ebenfalls nichts auszusetzen.

Cons:

Preis für diese Hotelkategorie etwas zu hoch.
