Great location, terrible sleep.
Pros:

Facilities and service are truly excellent

Cons:

Sound isolation in all the rooms we tried is truly terrible and you will not be able to get a good bight sleep. Especially when the hotel has many guests who do not behave

Exquisite, luxurious, 5-star property in an idyllic location with short walk to historic sites.
Pros:

Expansive, property with gardens, exquisite decor and magnificent views of Lago di Garda. Excellent dining for breakfast and dinner. Superb staff.

Cons:

Driving through the historic center of Sirmione is challenging during tourist hours since the cars are competing with throngs of people that flood the narrow streets. When we arrived it was at 3pm near check in time and I didn't expect the narrow streets where either a car or people could go, not both! On the day of our departure, we elected to leave at Saturday 8:15 am before the crowds came and did a day trip to Salò on the western shore which was lovely.

Pros:

Villa Cortina is a good hotel with a very nice location on Lake Garda. The views of the lake are lovely, and the breakfast was fine with a decent selection. Overall, it was a solid and comfortable stay.

Stunning hotel in gorgeous grounds
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are amazing. We had lunch by the beach which was lovely and a dinner in the garden, equally delightful.

Cons:

The pillows - they had little give and were not of the quality of everything else at the hotel.

Beautiful Lakefront property for romantic Getaway.
Pros:

Beautiful property with a wonderful view of the lake and a very well-maintained garden. Nice pool and private beach. Excellent location for a romantic getaway for two.

Cons:

There is no service of the food and drinks on the pool - we had to write a message on whatsapp.
