le spa, la piscine à remous sont très apaisant et relaxant. L'hôtel bien restructuré en gardant le charme de l'ancien,

dans la chambre 211 il manque un grand miroir pour se voir en entier, dans la salle de bain le petit miroir grossissant est cassé, il ne tient pas.

La chambre, la literie et la propreté étaient excellentes, tout comme le SPA et la salle de repos, tandis que la gentillesse du personnel s'est révélée incroyable.

Cons:

Bien que la douche fût défectueuse, l'ensemble du personnel a été incroyable, à l'exception d'une personne lors du départ qui a semblé visiblement dérangée de devoir s'occuper de nous ; malgré notre maîtrise limitée de l'italien et de l'anglais, elle n'a fait aucun effort pour nous parler français ou expliquer les modalités de départ, ce qui est dommage car cela contraste fortement avec l'accueil chaleureux reçu à l'arrivée dans ce magnifique hôtel.
