Pros:

The location was excellent, very convenient for exploring the area and close to everything we needed. The hotel was clean and welcoming.

A special thank you to Isabelle, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm attitude and excellent service made us feel truly welcome.

A localização do hotel é boa, e fui bem atendida pela funcionária Isabella.

Cons:

As instalações são antigas e precisam de algum reparo. O banheiro do apartamento em que fiquei instalada estava com a tintura da parede descascando, e quando cheguei havia pedaços secos da tintura no chão do banheiro. Apesar de haver ar condicionado no quarto, ele não foi suficiente para refrigerar o ambiente.

Ottima posizione soprattutto per chi arriva in treno, personale per il check in e l'assistenza molto gentile ed efficiente anche se il tutto è fatto da remoto.

Cons:

Toglierei una stella alla struttura.
Bagno vecchio e piccolissimo, nella stanza non c'è neanche una sedia, per prendere l'ascensore ci sono tre rampe di scale a salire e una rampa a scendere, c'è un bollitore in camera senza né tè né caffè, il cucinino comune è tenuto male. Il prezzo dovrebbe essere almeno la metà di quanto ho pagato.

La tipologia di stanza che mi hanno assegnato,non era visibile in nessuna foto della struttura. Sono rimasta delusa

Cons:

La camera era estremamente piccola, le pareti talmente sottili che mi sono svegliata alle 6 per la sveglia di un altro ospite. Non lo consiglio
