Loved it!
Pros:

The place is just wow! We enjoyed very very much our time here: the room was very clean and comfortable with a great view on mountains, it has all facilities you need to relax also with a small baby, various and tasty breakfast. Special thanks to the hotel’s staff, everybody was so friendly abd willing to help with any types of questions. The surrounding is beautiful and full of different tracks for making a walk in the nature. We would like to get back next year and stay a bit longer to discover more.

Rummet var varmt. Dålig luftcirkulation.

Cons:

Matsalsutrymmet. Frukosten, tallrikar och bestick var dålig organiserad. Man kunde ta yoghurt på ett ställe och skedar på annat ställe och flingor på tredje ställe.

Pros:

La camera confortevole. Colazione e cena con ampia opzione senza glutine e sempre cibi freschi. Dall'hotel partono molti sentieri. Zona wellness ben tenuta. Staff accorto e sempre disponibile. Servizio in sala impeccabile. Spazi in comune puliti e ben tenuti.

Cons:

Forse da rivedere un po' la pulizia della nostra camera.

Camera molto pulita e grande vista sulle montagne spettacolare . Letti comodissimi .Personale sia alla reception che in sala gentilissimi e disponibili.

Cons:

Non dipeso da loro la maleducazione delle persone, c'erano degli stranieri di tre camere che hanno lasciato tutto il giorno e tutta la notte le scarpe fuori nel corridoi , io personalmente le avrei fatte togliere .

Wunderbare Familien-Unterkunft mit herzlichem Personal als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Aktivitäten

Pros:

Staf eccezionale, veramente il punto di forza di questo posto. Poche volte mi è capitato di essere accolta con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità. Complimenti. Splendidi SPA e piscina.

Faccio fatica a trovare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto, forse leggermente rumoroso l'esterno della struttura.
