Pros:

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It is also on the main street Infront of Pier making it easily accessible

Cons:

The balcony is small but also they have a restaurant just below on the first floor and they open it's roof in the evening making it uncomfortable to use

Travesseiros duros.
Chuveiro oscila muito tanto na temperatura como na quantidade de água.
Muito barulho de prato, panela… acho que pq no hotel funciona o restaurante, acredito que ficamos no andar da cozinha

Very good location! However it was very hard carrying 4 luggage up 3 flights of stairs

The property is in the direct center of all Bellagio shops and dining and right 1 min walk to the ferry

Walking up several flights of stairs with 4 heavy luggage because no elevator. The room was also small

A good stay
Pros:

Incredible friendly and accommodating personal. The location is perfectly placed in the centre, and by the lake. We had a stunning view from our room over Lake Como. The Hotel restaurant served the best dinner I've had in a long time.

Cons:

The Hotel is not new, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. We had problems locking the door. Also the breakfast contained nothing but sugar and carbs (sweet/white bread, fruit, juice, honey, jam, croissant), No eggs, cheese, milk or ham.

Okazało się że do ceny nie były wliczone śniadania. Trzeba było zapłacić 40 euro po wymeldowaniu
Dzwi na balkon otwierały się problematycznie
Bardzo słaby wi-fi w pokoju. Przy drzwiach był możliwy.
Obiad oraz kolację na 1 piętrze trzeba rezerwować wcześniej.

It was NOT GOOD.
Pros:

Only the location.

Cons:

No lift. Two flights of stairs. Your comments said yea and coffee making facilities- there was only tea supplied- I asked for coffee and was ignored. The TV needed an account to operate. This is not a hotel, it is a restaurant with some rooms. Not a good stay. You should remove it from your listing. Think of your customers not the owning company.

Não existiu receção, apenas nos entregaram a chave do quarto, sem nenhuma outra informação. Na segunda noite não havia água quente. Não privilegiam os clientes para a utilização do restaurante do hotel.
