Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Sehr schöner Schwimmbad (sehr klein) und Saunabereich.

Cons:

Aussenbereich könnte etwas gemütlicher gestaltet sein. Teilweise sehr viele Personen auf einmal am Frühstücksbuffet. Nüsse etc. zum Cocktail werden nicht gebracht sondern können nur persönlich an der Rezeption gekauft werden

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,bei Fragen konnte man sich immer an sie wenden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausreichend und für jeden was dabei. Es liegt stadtnah, Bus/Bahnhof sind nicht weit entfernt. Mit gästekarte konnten wir Bus und Bahn umsonst nutzen. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden was sehr praktisch ist.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück wären tablets für draußen gut gewesen.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und nett.
Bei der Übernachtung vom 11.07. auf den 12.07.2026 hatten wir zunächst ein Zimmer bekommen, dessen Klimaanlage defekt / ausgefallen war. Die Temperaturen lagen bei über 30 Grad.
Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, Vorname Lenka, hat sich unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben uns trotz ausgebuchtem Haus zu helfen. Es ist ihr gelungen uns ein anderes Zimmer zuzuweisen, dessen Klimaanlage funktionierte. Daher war die Nacht erträglich. Wir möchten uns bei Ihrem Haus und insbesondere der Mitarbeiterin Lenka ausdrücklich bedanken.
Wir waren jetzt schon 6 mal Ihre Gäste und werden auch im nächsten Jahr bei der Durchreise in den Süden bei Ihnen einkehren.
Bitte geben Sie den Dank an Ihre Mitarbeiterin weiter. Persönlich habe ich das bereits getan.

Хороший отель с отличным расположением и красивым видом из окна. Номера удобные, спа-зона очень приятная. Завтраки хорошие. В целом отдых был очень комфортным, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.
