Verlängertes WE vom 04.06. bis 07.06.26, 3 ÜN, DZ mit Bergblick für 3 Erw., mit Frühstück
Pros:

Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal an Rezeption und Frühstück. Das Zimmer wurde einem 4-Sterne Hotel angemessen täglich zu unserer Zufriedenheit gereinigt. Frische Handtücher bekamen wir auch jeden Tag. Es gab ein vielfältiges und gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten ein schönes und modernes Zimmer mit großem Schrank für drei Erwachsene mit relativ großem Bad mit DU/WC. Wichtig war uns vor allem die gute Bahnhofs- und Stadtnähe / zum Kurpark. Da das Zimmer erst gegen 16 Uhr bezogen werden konnte, konnten die Koffer zwischenzeitlich in einem gesonderten Raum hinterstellt werden. Vergleichbares galt entsprechend auch für den Abreisetag.Wir konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster und ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage gut schlafen. Wir unternahmen auch Ausflüge nach Salzburg, Berchtesgaden und zum Königs- und Thumsee.

Cons:

Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung ergab sich evtl. erst aus dem Sachverhalt, dass wir täglich neue Handtücher wollten. Eine echte Wahl hierzu wäre für solch eine Hotelkategorie aber eher wünschenswert gewesen. Wir vermissten auch Hinweisschilder zu den Semmeln oder Wurstwaren. Aus hygienischen Gründen wären auch Hinweisschilder wünschenswert, dass bei Nutzung der Kaffeemaschine die Verwendung neuer Tassen eher besser wäre. (Problematik: Herunterfahren der Kaffeeeinfülleinheit bis kurz vor der gebrauchten Tasse, bei z.B. Cappuccino, Ablauf des Einfüllvorgangs) Da wir jeweils im Besitz eines Deutschlandstickets sind, konnten wir für uns keinen zusätzlichen  Mehrwert der Kurkarte - trotz weiterer Nachfragen beim Infotresen im Kurpark - feststellen.

Wellnessbereich… Ja das Becken ist klein aber wirklich nicht schlimm, es reicht sehr gut für mal zu schwimmen und abzuschalten oder einen Regen Tag dort verbringen

Hatte Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht an der Rezeption wurde das auch nochmal gesagt… ich hatte nur leider mehr erhofft an Bergblick für das ich auch mehr gezahlt hatte. Es war kein schöner Ausblick hinten auf die Wohnblöcke und den Baum! Wenn ich ganz nach vorne zum Balkon bin und rechts rum geschaut habe hatte ich den Berg im Blick das hat aber für mich nichts mit Bergblick zu tun und rechtfertigt auch nicht den Mehrpreis dafür
Das war sehr schade…denn alles andere war wirklich sehr gut
