Il faudrait prévenir les clients au moment de la réservation qu il y a encore le parking a payer pourquoi ne pas l inclure dans le prix alors qu'il n y a aucun parking extérieur. Pour le prix le parking pourrait être gratuit. Et inclure aussi la taxe de séjour.

Dit hotel is een pure schande: te duur, verouderd én walgelijk.

NIKS!

Cons:

- Grootste bezwaar: zéér onhygiënische kamers. We vonden meerdere (levende) kakkerlakken op onze kamer. De ramen hadden nochtans niet opengestaan, omdat we de hele dag op uitstap waren. Volgens het personeel was dit normaal in de zomermaanden en zou dit komen door open ramen, wat dus zeker niet het geval was op onze kamer. Ze hadden totaal geen begrip voor onze bezorgdheden, ook niet wanneer ze wisten dat ik 5 maanden zwanger was op dat moment.
- Ook op andere plaatsen in het hotel was er geen hygiëne. Overal lag er tapis-plain, in de kamer, in de gangen en zelfs in de volledige ontbijtruimte. Aangezien er huisdieren toegestaan waren, is dit erg onhygiënisch.
- Het zwembad was belachelijk klein én vuil. Tijdens het zwemmen voelde je de haren tussen je vingers glijden.
- Er werd een welkomstdrankje aangeboden, door mijn zwangerschap kon ik geen alcohol aanvaarden, dus de receptie verzekerde mij van een non-alcoholische optie. Nadat we de valiezen hadden uitgeladen en de auto juist geparkeerd hadden, gingen we vragen om onze drankjes. De receptioniste wist al totaal niet meer waar het over ging en mijn cola werd gewoon dik aangerekend.
- Het hotel was sterk verouderd, zowel vanbuiten als vanbinnen. Bij aankomst gaf het meteen een zeer verloederde indruk. De 4-sterren, positieve beoordelingen én de hoge prijs zijn absoluut NIET gepast.
- Het personeel was onbeleefd en onbekwaam.
- Het hotel lag midden tussen verschillende bedrijven en de parking van het hotel was veel te duur.
- De muren en deuren waren erg dun, dus onze nachtrust werd verstoord door mensen op de gang, blaffende honden en huilende baby's op andere kamers.
- Het balkon was echt belachelijk klein en vuil.
- Er was airco, maar die was verouderd en werkte niet naar behoren.
- De ramen waren oud, vuil en blokkeerden voortdurend.
- De kamer stonk.
- De bedden waren waardeloos.
- Wij zijn dus vroegtijdig vertrokken.
