Very close to Marble Arch underground, Oxford street and Hyde Park … also lovely cafes and restaurants just in the street infront of the hotel - I liked the fact the the hotel is really quiet and the lobby area is great to relax there and also do some work with no distractions at all

The location is great and Mr. Husain was very helpful
When i leave the hotel I notice some missing items from my luggage
I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
My experience was bad enough that I won't go into it publicly. What I will say is that the way this hotel handles guests when something goes wrong is the real problem, and it's not something a nicer room or a lower rate would fix.
There are plenty of other places to stay. Choose one of them.

Location us great. It is clean and furniture is ok.
The room was on the top floor with lots of stairs to access it which wasn’t indicated when we booked. Room was smaller than what the pictures show, it didnt have any sofa or space as seen in pics. We booked a superior classic room and that was definitely not it, we complained and they claimed all rooms are same.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THE LOCATION IS GOOD IF YOU HAVE WORK IN CENTRAL LONDON AND CONVENIENT TO MANY EATING PLACES . ROOMS ARE THE OLD SCHOOL CHARM WHICH SOMETIMES IS A CHANGE.
