We are working hard to again make the food available at our property that is now paused due to Coronavirus. Usually, Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 09:00. Breakfast can be booked in person at the hotel. There are 2 breakfasts to choose from: a full English breakfast or a continental breakfast. There is also usually an evening menu available, served from 17:00 to 20:00.
Please note that the property has no elevator. Guests with reduced mobility can request reduced mobility access and a ground floor room by using the Special Request Box when booking or contacting the property prior to arrival using the contact details on the booking confirmation.
Free parking is available only on the nights a guest has booked. Long-term parking outside of the reservation times is now resumed.The nearest Long Term Car parking is NCP Manchester Flightpath, M22 5LS, 2 minutes drive away from us.
We reserve the right to ask for a damage deposit at the check-in of £100.00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Lovely quirky hotel within a short distance to the airport. We were made to feel welcome upon arrival. Our room was in the courtyard away from the hotel, but don't let this put you off as all rooms were safe and secure. The double room had everything you needed for your stay, was clean and tidy and if you needed anything the hosts were happy to help. We didn't have breakfast so am unable to comment, but speaking to other guests it was very good.
Parking is available but space is limited, but this is not a negative regarding the hotel itself.
Our stay was for 3 nights and found the hotel excellent value for money and would definitely return in the future.
Only negative was the aeroplane noise with being so close to the busy airport. But you do get used to it and it was to be expected.

Comfortable big bed. Clean linen, comfy soft towels, warm shower, nice smelling soap. Tea and coffee and biscuits.
Very peaceful and quiet. Hosts were very welcoming.

Un bellissimo hotel all'interno di una struttura dal sapore antico in un quartiere residenziale alle porte di Manchester. Molto vicino all'aeroporto, per arrivarci bastano pochi minuti di auto. Si potrebbe anche fare a piedi o meglio ancora in bici. L'host ci ha fatto scegliere una delle camere nella zona retrostante la struttura, camere molto molto pulite, non enormi ma per due notti non ci sono problemi. La zona è molto carina e tranquilla, circa a metà strada tra aeroporto e centro città. Ci tornerei!
Nulla da segnalare, lo consiglierei soprattutto a chi può spostarsi con l'auto propria o con Uber.

Car park was full but owner let us park in Disabled space otherwise we would have been parked on the street
Friendly staff, clean environment, well located for where I was going. Very comfortable bed and very clean room and facilities and also had a very peaceful sleep.
