Hotel mit Flair, gut gelegen für unsere Reise in den Süden.
Waren jetzt zum 10 ten mal dort. Immer zu zweit und mit zwei Hunden.

Rooms and the whole chateu was absolutely stunning! Don’t be afraid of the higher cost of the breakfast because it is worth it!
While I think higher cost on breakfast was justified we thought that hotel restaurant (located in adjacent building) was not really worth the cost which was unfortunate.
Very convenient stop enroute south from UK. Very comfortable & friendly staff.
No proper shower only a bath with shower attachment. A late night food option for travellers would be good.

Le château est très beau, les travaux effectués ont essayé de garder l'authenticité des lieux.
Tout autour de l'hôtel en lui-même il y a d'autres éléments de l'ancien château restauré ou en restauration (pigeonnier, écurie). cela donne un beau charme au complexe.
Un jardin potager, une mini ferme (que l'on voit de l'extérieur - poules, moutons/béliers, cochon, oies).
Endroit très paysible. Nuit au calme complet.
La décoration de la chambre reflète l'esprit du château avec un mobilier correspondant.
Le très grand parking à disposition
Le restaurant du château (bistronomique) est très décevant. Au choix 5-7-9 plats (non bourguignon). Même avec 7 plats (70€ par personne, sans les boissons), et en mangeant beaucoup de pain et du beurre, on en ressort en ayant faim. Les quantités sont si minuscules que l'on se demande si les chefs savent ce qu'il faut mettre dans un estomac pour se rassasier. Un haussement de sourcils a été la seule réponse donnée lorsque ceci a été mentionné sur place. Je ne parle même pas du fait qu'il y a eu des erreurs sur la facture et qu'ils ont du se reprendre à 3x avant que celle-ci ne soit correcte.
Donc si vous avez un appétit normal, aller voir ailleurs.
Côté chambre, la climatisation était en mode chaud, donc impossible de la refroidir (commande centralisée depuis la réception).
La salle de bains et les toilettes sont en blanc, ce qui enlève le charme de la chambre.

Un gros point noir sur le service du restaurant: beaucoup de mouche et personnel trop pressé de partir le soir.
Même s'il reste 2 tables nous avons le droit d'être servi jusqu'au bout correctement (on a jamais vu notre dernier accord met vin)
La cuisine au top mais on a beau avoir une bonne qualité en cuisine si le service ne suit pas ...
