El jardín interior es precioso,al igual que las zonas comunes del edificio principal.

El Aire Acondicionado tarda mucho en refrescar la habitación. Cuando llegamos a las 21h la temperatura en la habitación estaba muy alta, y hasta pasadas 3 horas no bajó a una temperatura razonable.
I appreciate that, having booked a year in advance to the eclipse, they kept the room for us at a reasonable price. It was a great location for the event, and the drive to Siguenza is short and easy. The ancient part of the hotel is quite lovely, and has been restored with good taste. It is also very quiet, and from the salinas outside the village the sky is fantastic.
The staff was a disgrace. Rude and unhelpful. One example: when my elderly father asked for help to read the wine list during dinner (which was badly handwritten and without prices, practically unreadable), they said contemptuously they could try to find a magnifying glass for him. It was like this all the time. Our only dinner at the hotel ranks among the top two most inedible meals I've ever had in Spain (and I'm a native, so we are talking about a lifetime of meals). Utter rubbish that I would not feed a rat with. Expensive, too. I won't even speak of the cockroach in the bathroom, which was endearingly old-fashioned, as hotel horror stories go. It is a shame, the setting is great and it could be a lovely hotel to retire to for a couple of days, but the management is the worst I have seen in decades.
Trato muy familiar y cercano. Decoración y ambientes muy personales, muy bien.
Hay que saber que no hay ascensor , y hay que subir escaleras. Para tenerlo en cuenta.
El ambiente romántico del alojamiento, rodeado de arte e historia unido a la cercanía del personal han hecho de esta estancia maravillosa.

La atención del personal excelente, el desayuno magnifico, la ubicación del hotel en un pequeño pueblo tranquilo es ideal, estando muy cerca de Singüenza y de otros pueblos

Solo una observación y es que podrían poner cortinas opacas para que no entre claridad en la habitación cuando amanece.
Nos encantó especialmente el trato con el personal, su amabilidad y simpatía. Las instalaciones y la decoración del hotel eran preciosas y el pueblo ideal para desconectar.
Todo perfecto. Nos habría gustado quedarnos más tiempo.
