We had the most wonderful stay in Santander in this boutique hotel.
The hotel is full of charm and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and we loved how close we were to the beach each morning for a swim

Piccolo Hotel con encanto

Posizione fantastica e tranquilla, a due passi dal meraviglioso lungomare, con una lunga passeggiata perfetta per raggiungere anche il centro storico della città. La camera era piccolina ma molto curata e pulita, con ogni dettaglio utile per una comoda vacanza. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottima prima colazione e la terrazza dove potersi rilassare con una coppa rinfrescante.

Quirky but small, hot and tired

Its location, little front garden and quirkiness

Cons:

Very small room and as a result the lack of air con coupled with a hot day, made for a sticky stay. Very little room to stow away all the cushions, throw over and blankets (I stacked them on top of the bedside table).

It needs a bit TLC to bring it up to scratch e.g. there was a lot of black mould on the tile sealant and on the grouting. There was a piece of draft excluder tape hanging off the door. The cistern was cracked. The vinyl was worn through to the foam in the reception area.

Muy bien ubicado, limpieza y desayuno excelentes.
El trato personal muy cercano.
Atención personalizada para la gestión de la reserva.

Estuvimos en la habitación de la 3ª planta cuando me habían indicado que era una de la segunda.
Es abuhardillada y muy incómoda.
No hay ascensor.

The lady at reception who helped me navigate booking a bus to the airport. The man who let me into the building and my room.

Cons:

Cleaning lady was rude. I had to wait for someone to check me in after I whatsapped them. The hotel was empty and I would have liked to get to my room sooner. The room was very small and it was loud. I could hear other people's showering late at night. It was an inconvenience to leave my stuff, the reception woman rolled her eyes when I asked.

Ubicación maravillosa pero un poco abandonado

Nuestra habitación de 2 camas individuales ( yo creo el resto están ya remodeladas )El baño necesita una buena remodelación , el lavabo se atasca , el mueble del lavabo está bastante deteriorado . El filtro del plato de ducha de desaloja , el hotel quiere mantener el encanto vintage pero no deberían relajarse tanto . Soy de Santander y la ubicación es maravillosa . El personal muy agradable y el salón de desayuno supongo la antigua biblioteca, es precioso pero no deberían dejar cajas de cartón por ahí , le resta encanto . El patio ideal pero la zona chill un poco abandonada y la máquina de vending le resta prestancia .

La ubicación es maravillosa, junto al Sardinero. El palacio es tranquilo y la decoración muy romántica. La habitación que ocupamos algo pequeña. El desayuno bufé muy rico a falta de pequeños detalles, pero muy cuidado

La almohada, el tamaño de la habitación para dos personas y algún detalle que se echa en falta en pleno verano, como una neverita en la habitación, que no pegaría nada, pero se puede camuflar. Y algún detalle en el desayuno, pero igualmente estaba muy bien
