Magnifique Wellnes, avec piscine extérieur et très jolie vue.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel et endroit magnifique.
Cependant, un détail nous a déçus : les photos présentées pour les chambres ne correspondent pas du tout à celle que nous avons eue, dont le standing était bien inférieur, avec de la moquette au sol, une salle de bain très petite et une décoration ancienne.

Schönes klassisches Hotel mit Traumaussicht
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft am See. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr grosszügig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze und WLAN sind vorhanden.

Badezommer leider klein.

Stedet var dejligt og beliggenheden skøn. Maden var ok, men aftensmaden var kedelig og ikke pengene værd.

Pros:

Le SPA intérieur et extérieur est vraiment agréable. Le personnel est très agréable et l’hôtel possède une terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.

Cons:

L’équipement un peut vétuste de la chambre (store très vieux qui font beaucoup de bruit et ne tiennent pas tous fermés)

Perfectly positioned on Lake Lucerne.
Pros:

Loved the location, ease of parking, the grounds for walking the dog. We had a great view over the lake. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was comprehensive. We had dinner in the restaurant once, the day menu was first class and good value.

Cons:

Lack of a kettle, we love English tea in the morning.

Great spa and amazing staff, but room could be improved
Pros:

Hello, I really enjoyed the location, the spa and wellness area, and the jacuzzi was excellent. The breakfast was also a very nice bonus.
The staff were perfect very attentive, helpful, and incredibly kind throughout our stay.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the room. I expected something better, and unfortunately it was not as clean as I hoped, as there was some dust.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem angenehmen Ambiente.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Vierwaldstätter See und auf Vitznau ist einmalig schön. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit Blick auf den See und auf die Berge. Das Bett war sehr angenehm und auch die Kopfkissen (nicht zu dick). Das Hotel ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet überall Plätze zum verweilen. Der Garten mit Pool und Liegen lädt zum entspannen ein. Der Garten selber ist sehr gepflegt mit Wegen zum spazieren gehen. Der Empfang war äußerst herzlich und man hat gleich das Gefühl bekommen gut aufgehoben zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen und länger bleiben um auch den Spa Bereich zu besuchen.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer ist die Dusche und die Toilette auf engem Raum untergebracht, jedoch für eine kurze Zeit ist das in Ordnung.

Heerlijk!
Pros:

De locatie is absolut schitterend! - Het hotel biedt een fantastische uitzicht op het meer en achter het hotel zijn er wandelpadjes te vinden die leiden naar mooie uitzichtpunten met stoeltjes en parasols. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en het hotel biedt een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet aan met veel keuze. Verder, heb ik zeer genoten van de kleine Spa en het bubbelbad buiten met zicht op het meer. Je kunt langs de weg naar Vitznau wandelen als je wilt en daar een schip nemen naar, onder meer Luzern. De goedkopere bus stopt bij het hotel. Het hotel biedt een gratis shuttle vanuit een naar Vitznau aan.
