The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026.
The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.

Convenient and clean!
Pros:

Very close to train station! Convenient. Beautiful views we had. Quiet at night as well so we always had a good sleep.

Cons:

Our double bed was 2 single beds combined together - so it was a bit uncomfortable with the gap in between.

Great stay in a great location
Pros:

I had a great stay. It’s a short walk from the train station and close to Harder Kulm. Close to restaurants and downtown. So many amenities available in the hotel, Bed was comfortable and room was modern and clean. Breakfast was really good too. Definitely will come back here.

Cons:

Nothing I didnt like.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful restored and renovated hotel with history and character
Pros:

Convenient location 8 min walk from Interlaken OST and a bus stop outside the hotel. Free bus rides. All day tea and coffee and snacks in lobby. included breakfast range was good.
Air con in room was a godsend on the warm days while we were there.
Loved the balcony seating area which faces to the mountains and Japanese fish pond on the side of the hotel. Quiet street even though my room on highest floor faced the main street.

Cons:

No kettle in the room.

Excellent location, comfy stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent, about 5 minutes walk to the Interlaken Ost train station, and next to several shopping and restaurant areas. Room was comfy and the balcony was a plus.

Cons:

Preferred having separate amenities like hair conditioner and body wash, rather than an all-in-one product.
