Renovation Information (2026) Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026.
The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026.
The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.
From then onwards, the hotel will operate with self check-in.
The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our 4 day vacation. Short walk from the Interlaken OST train station. We took the train everyday to Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnan so this was very convenient. It's also a short walk to the Harder Kulm funicular and the downtown area. The room was small but modern and very nice. We had a great view of the mountains and the coy pond from our room. The hotel restaurant was cozy and charming and was great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

Such value for money. Great location. The best chocolate fondue that I had on my trip. Rooms were comfy and a great view over the Japanese garden. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was great value!

Cons:

Apparently most hotels in Switzerland are not allowed to run AC before May 15th and it was warm. We opened up the windows to cool it down and luckily we brought our white noise makers or the outside noise would have been a problem. Also I would have liked somewhere a bit closer to the train station.

Had a good time! The rooms were a decent size and spotless and nice view of the church.. The staff were friendly.
Location was perfect.

Cons:

Breakfast was average.
I had sent multiple messages that it was my sisters birthday on the 27th April however there was no acknowledgement and no one made it special for her. A little pricey for two nights stay.

快適すぎる豪華なお部屋
Pros:

部屋が広くて綺麗でバスタブもあり、大変満足できるホテルです。またスイスにきても泊まりたいホテルです。
エアコンもあり、夜も快適に寝れました。バスタブも自分の家よりも大きくて、疲れて足もお湯の中でマッサージ出来ました。スタッフも感じがよく、早く着いたのにすぐにチェックインしてくれました。モーニングも美味しく大満足です。リクエストをしてたので、グレードアップ⤴️してくれてめちゃくちゃ良かったです。夜は一階のレストランでサラダやチーズフォンデュ、デザートを食べて美味しかったです。レストランの雰囲気も良かった。

The room cleaning can be much better. The showing dust on the room floor and some small hair pieces on the bathroom floor still remain even after the room cleaning is done
