The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026.

NO AC!
Pros:

Had to leave for an excursion before official opening of breakfast buffet. However, the manager opened early to accommodate our schedule. THANK YOU!

Cons:

AC was terrible. Hotel should not advertise they have air conditioning. Very disappointing.

Mi è piaciuta la struttura ma su Booking sembrava che avesse piscina e spa ma non ha niente si parla di un giardino botanico giapponese ma fa parte del comune e sei su una strada di passaggio

Bom custo benefício em Interlaken.
Pros:

Boa localização. Próxima da estação de trem e de restaurantes. Bairro muito tranquilo, quarto silencioso. Tamanho do quarto grande e espaçoso, o nosso tinha vista para a igrejinha de trás, muito acolhedor. Café da manhã bom. Deixaram um vinho e chocolates de cortesia na nossa chegada, muito gentil. Também havia cápsulas de café disponíveis.

Cons:

Os funcionários precisam de uma reciclagem, desde o check in até os que atendem no café da manhã (com exceção de uma senhora simpática que nos recebia na chegada do café). O chão estava sujo e empoeirado.
Não se pode encher a garrafa de água em nenhum local do hotel. Fornecem apenas uma garrafa pequena para duas pessoas. Descrevem como cama de casal, mas são duas de solteiro aproximadas.

amazing rooms, fantastic location, great breakfast
Pros:

Amazing room, lots of space, fantastic view of the church and lovely balcony. Two teenagers enjoyed the bunk beds, they had enough space

Cons:

It was amazing but would have been nice to have a gym

5 star looking property run by 3 star skeleton crew
Pros:

Location and has nice feel. Lounge is nice and rooms and surprisingly very modern and maintained

Cons:

The price seems insane at $500 per night. Not sure how to justify that price.

Service was ok. Not $500 service more like 3 star.

No bellman no one to help with bags. Skelton care front desk

Buena localización y personal amable. Buen restaurante.

Cons:

Habitación familiar en el primer piso, la ventana daba a las cocinas y era ruidosa. El baño y techo de la habitación necesitan una reforma. Bañera incómoda para entrar y salir.

Pros:

离英特拉肯东站很近，走路10分钟不到，离市区也很近，可以购物、吃饭，走路10分钟，附近走200米有滑翔伞点，走路5分钟能看到蓝蓝的景色很美的河水。房间的阳台很漂亮，夜晚很安静，房间有空调，最重要的是有热水壶。早餐也不错，早餐店外有美丽的瀑布庭院，可以吃到奶酪芝士火锅。
