Renovation Information (2026) Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026.
The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026.
The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.
From then onwards, the hotel will operate with self check-in.
The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

Superb location and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff was exceptional in particular the staff at the reception called Irina. She was so helpful and so welcoming it made us feel completely at home.

Amazing stay at an amazing location
Pros:

Loved the location. It was very close to Interlaken OST station so going anywhere was very convenient. We got the corner room so it had the main street view as well as the Koi pond view. We also had dinner at the Taverne one night and the food was outstanding.

A hotel with great rooms and good facilities in a first class location.
Pros:

Great rooms with air conditioning. Very clean and well appointed. Car parking was a real bonus.

Cons:

The breakfast was very average compared to similar hotels. The staff at breakfast were not as good as the reception team

Pros:

Ubicación magnífica, el hotel cumple, el personal atento y amable, el desayuno bueno, variado y abundante, realmente cumplió con lo que prometía.

Cons:

Talvez el precio esta un poco por encima a lo que realmente valdría ya que la habitación aunque no es incomoda si es bastante pequeña, aunque por ser interlaken puede ser una valor standard.
