Very good hotel. A few minor problems, but overall a very good experience and facility.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The spa was probably the best we've ever seen, even compared to hotels that are 2-3x more expensive. Service was overall pretty good.

Cons:

A hotel in this category should have electric vehicle charging included - rather than making customers pay. There is not sufficient parking for full capacity, which left us needing to park on the street, with our car halfway in the way of passing cars. We left the keys with the reception, who said they would move it to the underground parking, but never did.

We had a very unpleasant experience eating outside at the bar, waiting an hour for food and then being mischarged, and with effectively no interest or concern from the waiter. But after we complained, they took the item off the bill.

The location was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The hotel wing where our room was located looked very old and dated and certainly did not meet the standards one would expect from a five-star hotel. The coffee was also very disappointing. Both the cappuccino and espresso came from an automatic machine rather than being freshly prepared by a barista, which felt quite substandard for a five-star hotel. If you are a coffee lover, you will be very disappointed.

Eines der besten Hotels in den Alpen mit der schönsten Aussicht.
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet Hotellerie auf sehr hohem Niveau, mit vielen engagierten, freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitenden.
Die Ausstattung ist weitestgehend modern und luxuriös. Die Küche ist fantastisch, das Käsebuffet absolut unübertroffen und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

- Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut und kühlte zu wenig. Bei Abschalten tropfte Kondenswasser aufs Parkett, auch nachdem der Hausdienst eine Reparatur vorgenommen hatte.
- Die Betten waren ziemlich hart
- Die Auswahl an glutenfreien Broten habe ich in weitaus günstigeren Hotels schon reichhaltiger erlebt. Einmal war ein glutenfreies Aufbackbrötchen steinhart. Das dürfte eigentlich nicht passieren.
Aber das sind alles Details und das Personal war immer sehr prompt und hilfsbereit.
