Hopefully the new owners will bring this hotel back up to the levels of the past.
Pros:

The Hotel is very clean and the area is safe and Lenk itself is very pretty and has a lot to offer in both winter and summer sports. We were fairly regularly staying at Lenkerhof for years - starting about 20 years ago, it was always top for gourmet meals, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The spa is not large, but very nice, clean and not "kitschig" like many spas. Staff was always friendly, especially the young man who helped us with our luggage and valet for the car as well as the woman who checked us out, but over all not the same experience we had in the past.

Cons:

The hotel was very stylish 20 years ago, but has unfortunately not changed at all over the past years. The furnishings are outdated, some of which are showing the signs of time and the uniforms of the employees are as well outdated and looking shabby.......all of this could be over looked if everything else was still on spot, but the service is not at the same level as it was. Although the food in the main restaurant was delicious and prepared beautifully, the waiting time between courses was very long, the service at the end of both evenings just completely disappeared. After waiting over a half hour for someone to bring us a bill we finally stood up and had to ask to sign on our way out. Which is a shame as this is the last impression when leaving for the evening. The holes in the table cloth and napkins, the furniture looking worn and the windows of the dining room in desperate need of a cleaning is just not what is expected of a 5 star hotel.

Fabulous location. Comfortable and Clean

Cons:

Usually hotels rotate guests around tables with the best views but at Lenkerhof you have to ask for a nice table. Staff tend to seat guests close together for their own convenience while other areas are empty

Pros:

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement magique face au montage. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est un incontournable. Nous avons mangé au Restaurant Spetaccolo et avons partagé un moment magique. Le personnel est disponible et parle plusieurs langues.

Détente totale, expérience privilégiée, une vraie bouffée d'oxygène.
Pros:

Lieu fantastique, service excellentissime, très bon restaurant. Le Spa est sympa, avec une piscine extérieure chauffée qui donne sur une vue époustouflante.

Pros:

All good at this hotel. The place and surroundings are quite different in a good way. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back again.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like. I would perhaps have preferred a breakfast table by the window with a view of the mountains.
