とても楽しく、快適に過ごすことができました。
Pros:

ロケーションが良いです。部屋も清潔です。安心してすばらしい時間を過ごすことができました。朝食もおいしいです。また機会があれば、伺いたいです。

A perfect mountain getaway with outstanding hospitality – we can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Parkhotel Schoenegg. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the wellness area was perfect after a day of hiking. The location is ideal, with easy access to the village and the First cable car. We felt very well looked after and would happily return

Great location, helpful staff
Pros:

Great location with amazing views, lovely swimming pool, nice breakfast and friendly/helpful staff. They helped with advice about the town and activities and were able to sell us tickets for some. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We arrived during an extreme heatwave, so the rooms were hot, but the hotel was able to provide a fan which helped a lot. The rooms cooled down during the night.
There is no mini-fridge in the room

Review of our stay
Pros:

Overall we had a wonderful time staying here. The rooms were very clean and updated, the food was great, and location couldn’t be matched. I would recommend this hotel.

That said, a few observations:
- No air-conditioning (which we were aware of. They don’t have fans for every room so be aware of this) .
-Our rooms faced the back of the property (again, our choice). At various points throughout the day, we could smell cigarette smoke in our room coming from an employee on break below. Without A/C, the windows are open and this wafts up to the room.
-We ordered pizza from TakeAway 191 on a day when it was pouring and restaurants were busy. There’s minimal counter space there to eat so we brought it back to the hotel and ate it in the lobby. Someone swiftly came in and told us this wasn’t “allowed”. Keep in mind they don’t serve lunch at Parkhotel. I’ve never been to a hotel, even a small boutique like this, where we were shunned for eating in the lobby.
-Some waitstaff seemed annoyed when guests arrived for breakfast during the lazy 30 min of service. We observed a few signs and eye rolls that were unnecessary.

Excellent hotel and staff
Pros:

Compliments to the owners of Parkhotel Schoenegg. The hotel/chalet is very nice and conveniently situated. The hotel and rooms are very clean and airy. Exceptional and friendly restaurant staff, especially Melanie and Dario, who attended to us daily for breakfast and dinner. Claudia and the cleaning staff were very polite and helpful as well.

I generally stay at big American chains, but thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and its service. This was the best place I stayed at on this vacation.

グリンデルバルドを満喫できる最適解。
Pros:

アイガービューが最高です。それだけで価値があるほどに素晴らしいバルコニーです。あと朝食、ディナー共に美味しいです。また駅から近いため、スーツケースがあっても簡単にアクセス可能です。
あと清掃も素晴らしく、バルコニーの掃除まで行ってくれます。

Cons:

仕方ないのないことですが、お向かいのサンスターホテルの照明が明るく星空は楽しめません。
