ロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

設備が故障していて使えなかった。部屋に入って洗面所のトイレのゴミ箱を見たら汚物が残っていて衝撃だった。布団にも死んだ虫が挟まっており、信頼出来ない清潔感で落ち着くことができなかった。

Pros:

Très bon hôtel familial bien placé au centre de Grindelwald mais quand même au calme car en retrait de la route principale. Point positif la place de parking et le fait que l'hôtel possède un restaurant. Le personnel était très agréable, serviable. Le déjeuner et le repas du soir était de très bonne qualité, nous avons beaucoup aimés.

Cons:

Rien de très grave mais l'oreiller était trop mou.

A vista do quarto é espetacular. A localização é excelente.

Cons:

Achei o valor muito alto pela entrega. O quarto estava um pouco deteriorado e a limpeza foi falha. Quando chegamos, tinham várias moscas mortas espalhadas pelo quarto. Isso não é aceitável em um hotel que cobra este valor. Além disso, o quarto era extremamente quente.
O atendimento também pode melhorar. Quando comparado com outros hotéis dessa faixa de preço, percebe-se que falta um processo melhor estruturado de atendimento.

Great location - beautiful stay!
Pros:

We stayed in the Chalet Suite with Balcony and Mountain View for 3 nights and loved it! The room had recently been updated and was the perfect set up for our family of 4! The view is unbeatable and the location of the hotel was right in the center of town so we could walk to everything within 10 minutes. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub as well - a perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking!

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't really anything we didn't like about this hotel.

It was such a pleasure to be a guest in a family owned and run hotel. All the staff were obviously so well trained and attentive. It was like stepping backing into a much kinder and enjoyable time.

Excellent base to visit Grindelwald
Pros:

The hotel location is perfect in the center of Grindelwald, very close to the first lift.
The service at the restaurant was excellent and the food good.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi was very nice to relax the legs after a day of hiking.
Finally the view of Eiger from the room was breathtaking.
