Loved it! Definitely be back and recommending.
Pros:

Loved everything about it- the location, the variety of breakfast, the room and most importantly the view. Also have to add the staff were exceptional, helped us more times than I can remember, gave us more scenic ways to see places and helped us with itinerary and activities based on the weather!

Excellent stay and appreciated the kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. reception staff and Mr. Donato was very kind and helpful. It's a very nice hotel in an excellent location with a great view of the Jungfrau mountain range. Good garage parking.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. Nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

It was very hot when we were there. There was a fan but we are not used to staying without air-conditioning.

Warm, welcoming, comfy and the best accommodation I have ever had!
Pros:

This has to be the absolutely best accommodation I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and step-by-step instructions on all the things we needed to know. The customer service from every staff member was outstanding. Perfect location on main street with the main bus stop directly out the front. The amenities were great! Sauna, balcony, pamper pack, tea/coffee, fruit, etc. The staff went out of their way with every single question we asked and provided THE BEST tourist info (didn't get much from the Tourist Centre). We ended up discovering more than we would have if it were not for the staff. Best ever!
