Lovely hotel and location
Pros:

The location is perfect in front of the bus stop and easily accessible to different trains and cable cars and so on by walking or bus, friendly front desk and accommodating

Cons:

No air conditioning as is the case in Switzerland but when it's really hot then even a fan doesn't help it gets boiling hot 😅

Great hotel, great staff
Pros:

Great location, great price. Very clean, large rooms (for Switzerland / Europe standards) and walkable to everything. Fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

Be warned there is no AC in almost all Swiss hotels; we visited in summer and there was a fair heat wave (not the hotels fault obviously) but it can get warm in the rooms during the day

Gutes Hotel an perfekter Lage mit renovierten Zimmern
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, der Empfang durch das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein mit einem grossen Balkon. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas schmal und die Matratzen sehr weich. Der Preis für das Zimmer ist viel zu hoch, entspricht aber den Preisen in dieser Touristengegend.

Perfect place to stay in Grindelwald. You will not be disappointed.
Pros:

Centrally located with the Eiger right out the front. Bus stops in front so getting to trains was very convenient. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Jungfraujoch, First, etc. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We had an amazing stay and hope to come back one day.
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful and the view was amazing. We had nice breakfast each morning. It is close to everything and has a bus stop right outside if you don’t want to walk. The staff was amazing and very helpful and were very kind to speak English since our Swiss German is non existent. We also enjoyed the our balcony, it was an nice place to sit and have a take out lunch from the Coop.

Nice hotel in great location
Pros:

Our family enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel. Room was tastefuly refurbished and cosy, plenty of space. Bathroom was also very spacious, enough space to place our affairs. Very clean! Breakfast contained many options, and were especially good for 3 stars hotel.
