Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren allesamt so freundlich und zuvorkommend, wie ich es selten erlebt habe. Die Ausstattung ist auf das Grundlegende beschränkt, man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten. Dennoch ist alles da was man für einige Tage benötigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Alle waren sehr freundlich ggü meinem Kind.

Prima hotel in Grindelwald, accepteer de oude inrichting. Andere hotels daar zijn veel duurder.
Pros:

Heel centraal in het centrum. Gratis parkeren bij hotel. Een goed ontbijt. Tuin met uitzicht op de Eiger Nordwand. Grote kamer. Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

De kamer was oubollig ingericht. Lange tijd niet gerenoveerd. Douche met douchegordijn.

Perfect location in the center of Grindelwald
Pros:

The location for Hotel Tschuggen was perfect, right on the main road in the center of Grindelwald. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. I was a little concerned about the lack of air conditioning given that we were visiting during a heat wave, but Grindelwald stays a little cooler due to being at higher elevation and our room stayed comfortable. It is a small hotel and the rooms aren't large, but we really enjoyed our stay. It was also much less expensive than other hotels we checked nearby.

Welcoming staff. Verg secure bike storage. Large bedroom with stunning balcony views across the valley towards the Eiger. Very comfortable bed and comprehensive breakfast.

Cons:

I do not like stand-in-the-bath showers. The water pressure was extremely low, and you must wait a long time (and waste a lot of water) till the hot water comes. This is a "garni" without a common space like a lounge.

I’d stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Christoff and the rest of the staff were always helpful and boy, do they pack a great takeaway breakfast. The regular breakfast was fantastic too, I loved the muesli and rolls. It’s worth it to get a balcony with an Eiger view, and the room was large and comfortable. The location is perfect. My teenage niece and loved staying there

It was nice overall. Loved the proximity of this place to all the touristic spots.
