The outdoor swimming pool is stunning

The water of the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t as warm as expected
The style of the hotel is very old school (no problem at all with that ) but it wasn’t so well maintained (for instance the carpets, the wall painting ) or at least definitely not up to the standard one would expect of a 4 star hotel
Overall l it’s not bad, just not up to the price and the 4 star hotel rating
We absolutely loved our stay! The drive was definitely worth it for such a beautiful and peaceful location. The indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the jacuzzi, were perfect for relaxing.
Our room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the mountains, pool, and garden, plus a sweet little balcony. The breakfast was great and offered a very good price-to-quality ratio.
Most of all, the staff were absolutely amazing, so kind, welcoming, and helpful!
We originally planned to stay for just one night during our anniversary trip to Switzerland, but we loved the place so much that we decided to extend our stay for another night. That probably says it all about how much we enjoyed it! ❤️

Grande chambre, grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, wc séparés, literie excellente, peignoir, linge de bain et pantoufles à disposition, eau offerte dans la chambre, machine à café.
Le pourtour des piscines mériteraient une petite rénovation mais cela ne gâche pas le plaisir de la détente et du repos.
Zimmer sehr gross mit schönem Balkon. Frühstück sehr ausgewogen, es hatte alles. SPA und Fitness vorhanden und sehr schön. Lage zum Dorf ausgezeichnet und innert Minuten erreichbar.
Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat Charme und war nicht zum Nachteil.

Finitions de la salle de bain pas très soignée, douche qui fuit par le pommeau, porte non étanche, fenêtre qui ferme mal dans la salle de bain.
Das Spa mit Thermal Wasser ist für ein Hotel ganz besonders.
Alles war im Ort schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.
Frühstück dürfte Abwechslungsreicher sein. Laugengebäckstücke waren steinhart.

Location and breakfast were excellent. Size of the room and views were superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities like gym, thermal pool and sauna were really useful.
The temperature of the pool water was a bit cold as well as the temperature of the steam bath. The mattress extremely soft causing a bad backache
