とても良かったです。
Pros:

マッターホルンビューの部屋にしたが、遮蔽物なく日本人橋と同じマッターホルンが見えた。
冷蔵庫もあり、部屋の防音もしっかりしていた。スタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。

Cons:

朝食の種類が若干少ない気がしましたが、味は良かったです。

Correcte sans plus . De mon point de vue, cela ne correspond pas à établissement 4 étoiles.

Chambre avec vue sur le cimetière !!!
Pas une seule bouteille d'eau offerte alors que dans beaucoup d'établissements il y a un petit geste d'accueil (eau - chocolat ou autre)
Pas de machine à café à disposition dans la chambre ou dans les lieux communs si ce n'est une bouilloire pour chauffer de l'eau pour ce faire un café instantané ou un café
Très cher pour ce qui est proposé. C'est un quatre étoiles !!!!
