Pros:

Direkt am Fluss Bach, nahe der Kirche. Friedhof gegenüber. Von der Rezeption und den westlichen Zimmern direkte Sicht aufs Matterhorn. Balkon rundläufig, man kann vom Zimmer am ganzen Gebäude entlanglaufen.
Restaurant im Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

hatte Einzel Zimmer ohne sicht aufs Matterhorn. Sonst gibt es nichts zu klagen.

Die Servicekraft am Empfang war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich. Die Servicekraft hatte gleichzeitig bis zu 15 Gäste zu betreuen, Getränke zubereiten, Eier, Omelett und dergleichen herzustellen, Brötchen und Croissants aufzubacken und das Buffet aufzufüllen. Da die Gäste fast gleichzeitig erschienen, war die Servicekraft absolut überfordert und es kam somit zu längeren Wartezeiten (ca. 10 min für Heißgetränke)

とても良かったです。
Pros:

マッターホルンビューの部屋にしたが、遮蔽物なく日本人橋と同じマッターホルンが見えた。
冷蔵庫もあり、部屋の防音もしっかりしていた。スタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。

Cons:

朝食の種類が若干少ない気がしましたが、味は良かったです。

Correcte sans plus . De mon point de vue, cela ne correspond pas à établissement 4 étoiles.

Pas une seule bouteille d'eau offerte alors que dans beaucoup d'établissements il y a un petit geste d'accueil (eau - chocolat ou autre)
Pas de machine à café à disposition dans la chambre ou dans les lieux communs si ce n'est une bouilloire pour chauffer de l'eau pour ce faire un café instantané ou un café
Très cher pour ce qui est proposé. C'est un quatre étoiles !!!!
