Perfect choice
Pros:

Fantastic location, value and staff. The spa facilities were very appreciated and nicely renovated. Easy access to free bus immediately outside with ski lockers on ground floor and nice breakfast daily. Perfect choice to stay here, so glad we did

El personal muy amable y servicial.
Todas las instalaciones muy limpias.

Cons:

La ventana de mi baño daba a la salida de extracción de la cocina, abrí un momento para ventilar después de la ducha y olía a fritura durante un buen rato...
Las instalaciones son muy viejas y podría hacerse un mejor mantenimiento ya que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Fully self-contained 24 hours indulgence, from the Restaurants/Bar & incredible Spa.
Pros:

Totally exceeded all expectations at the end of a planned trip, but ended up being one of the highlights, particularly with the amazing Spa & friendliness of particular staff members.

Cons:

Only problem (& is minor compared to everything else), uncomfortable pillows. Alternative pillows were offered, but unfortunately not available when we asked

Le jacuzzi est un peu petit. 2 places mais tout le reste est bien et ça compense!

Great location! For Zermatt, it was a reasonable price.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. Halfway for everywhere. To the Sunegga funicular station or to the Matterhorn Express and the Gornegrat, the hotel is in the middle of the triangle. The breakfast is superb!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have the shuttle starting slightly earlier so that I can get a lift to the station.

Accueil très agréable, sont rapidement venu nous chercher à la gare, centré.

La literie super, l’emplacement plein centre, la navette devant la porte

Cons:

Un peu cher. C’était propre, les courses à la gare gratuites, il y a rien à dire sur l’hôtel mais je ne vois pas où est la 4eme étoile
