Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden in Ihrem Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Frühstück war ausreichend und gut - statt Fruchtsalat wären frische Früchter besser gewesen.

Perfektes Hotel, mit schönen Zimmern an guter Lage für
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer guten Lage, nicht weit vom Bahnhof, mitten in der Hauptstrasse und doch etwas zurück versetzt für Ruhe und Erholung. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Unsere Wünsche und Fragen wurden professionell und mit viel Herz beantwortet/ bearbeitet… Die Zimmer waren gross, das Frühstück nicht zu gross nicht zu klein. Alles perfekt für erholsame Wanderferien in Zermatt

Sehr freundliches Personal, das auf Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Gäste gerne eingeht.
Ein kleiner Fehler bei der Zimmerzuordnung wurde mit einem Upgrade belohnt.
Liegt super Zentral und doch in der zweiten Reihe, wo es etwas ruhiger ist.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eines 4 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig!
Standard Auswahl ohne mit Variation zu glänzen.
Die Butter kommt aus dem Portioniergerät, welcher defekt war und das Personal hierfür kein Plan B hatte. Erst auf bitten dich die Butter vom Block zu schneiden half.
Das Obst war dürftig und zum Teil überreif.
Hier liegt der Grund warum ich mit 8 statt mit 9 bewertet habe.
Appell ans Management: behebt diese schwäche und damit euer Erscheinungsbild.

Esperienza a Zermatt
Pros:

Ottima posizione, camere grandi con un bel terrazzo

Cons:

Sotto la nostra stanza facevano lavori trapanando tutto il tempo anche nel momento del riposo post pranzo. Al rientro alla sera c'era odore di fognatura. Una sola persona alla reception per 3 alberghi anche piuttosto scortese

The time spent at the establishment was made rather distinctive due to the welcoming nature of the personnel who were on staff, combined with the convenient location of the hotel which was situated very close to the primary thoroughfare.

Generally we could enjoy staying there; expecting to come back next year.
Pros:

Located near to the Zermatt Station. Hotel offered us an upgrade to deluxe twin room.

Cons:

Could not enjoy outside view because the neighboring hotel-like building was too nearly located. Ceiling fan in the bathroom sporadically stopped and re-started without switching on/off. We reported this to the receptionist on the evening of our second day of stay; but was not checked or improved during out 3-day stay; maybe because it was during weekend timing.

Chrisanthi was so helpful and lovely.
Just a pity the bar was closed!
There is a beautiful restaurant 2 doors down,which served the most delicious food.

Great location, very nice hotel.
Pros:

Very well presented and clean hotel in an excellent location off the main street but close to the station. Spacious and spotlessly clean room with all requisites for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. The hotel has a luggage room and was happy to store my bag during the day until check in. I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The room was overly warm which meant leaving the window open a bit during the night. Very noisy in the morning due to other guests congregating in the corridor to chat and opening and closing doors - lack of consideration for other guests.
