Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Bellrive in Zermatt rundum zufrieden. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns der unkomplizierte und aufmerksame Service.

Das Frühstück hatte für uns genau die richtige Auswahl – nicht überladen, aber auch keineswegs zu wenig. Alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben, war vorhanden.

Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das ungefragte Upgrade unseres Zimmers. Auch einen zusätzlichen Wunsch, den wir vor Ort hatten, hat das Hotel unverzüglich und ohne Rückfragen umgesetzt – so einen unkomplizierten Service erlebt man nicht überall.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, gleichzeitig aber angenehm ruhig. Für uns war das ideal, da vieles bequem zu Fuss erreichbar ist und man trotzdem nicht mitten im Trubel liegt.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Zermatt sofort wieder das Hotel Bellerive wählen.

The kind of place you arrive curious about and leave already planning your return.
Pros:

We decided to escape for a few days and arrived in Zermatt with absolutely no idea what to expect. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were completely charmed.

The location is perfection, the views are breathtaking, and our room was wonderfully spacious, cozy, and exactly the kind of place you want to retreat to after a day in the mountains.

And the spa? An unexpected little indulgence that made the whole stay feel even more special.

Safe to say, Zermatt has completely won us over.

Incredible memories made here 💕
Pros:

There isn't anything not to love about this beautiful hotel. The room was stunning, floor to ceiling patio doors onto a lovely balcony with comfy seats, an extremely comfortable bed, also a sofa. Tea/coffee making facilities plus prosecco, beer & softs drinks included. Wonderful rainfall shower with side bar too, lovely swiss products to use. Also the toilet had 'wash & dry' facilities. Breakfast was incredible! The location was excellent!
All the staff were so very welcoming & friendly - really loved staying here ❤️

Cons:

The toilet area was a bit tight - couldn't really pull up your trousers without opening the door! Shame about the huge crane spoiling the view of the Matterhorn (but nothing the hotel could do about that!)

Pros:

Comfortable beds and room with an amazing view. warm and welcoming hosts. breakfast was the best we had in switzerland with a large variety (Avocado, Salmon, Cottage, Gamba, etc…) We celebrated our sons 4th birthday and they had prepared a lovely surprise for him at breakfast.😊

Cons:

The spa could be improved. Steam sauna had no steam. The Jacuzzi had cold bubbles only

Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

We used the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi and the entire spa facility was clean and welcoming. Also, the morning breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The only difficulty was how hot the bedroom got at night and we couldn't open the sliding doors to let in fresh air because it was so loud outside (until about 2:30).

Es war alles super und wir kommen gerne wieder 👋.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zentrale Lage und doch ziemlich ruhig. Nahe Brücke mit Blick auf das Matterhorn (morgens um 06.00 Uhr).

Cons:

Leider hatte es, unter der Woche, eine Baustelle auf unserer Seite. Das war aber nicht so schlimm.
