Úžasná poloha přímo v centru, volně přístupná terasa na střeše (přes den s funkční kavárnou), s možností vyjít přímo do Archeologického parku. Personál přátelský a velmi vstřícný, snídaně bohatá...

Cons:

Určitá "ošumělost" a lehce stísněný dojem z pokoje, který byl ale bohatě vynahrazen pozitivy. Parkování zdarma pod městem, což znamená zdolat 200 schodů, a v 36stupňovém horku to je opravdu náročné. Ale kvůli vyložení zavazadel je možné zajet až prakticky k hotelu, takže ten výstup už je pak "nalehko"

Un gioiello perfetto nel cuore di Volterra: semplicemente impeccabile!

​Soggiornare all'Hotel Etruria è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Per noi questo hotel è semplicemente perfetto: si trova in piena zona ZTL, una posizione comodissima per esplorare il centro storico a piedi, ma nonostante questo è incredibilmente ben servito. La ZTL è accessibilissima e senza pensieri, dato che basta comunicare la targa allo staff per l'accesso.

​La struttura sprizza una grandissima personalità da tutti i pori. È un ambiente estremamente pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Il vero fiore all'occhiello è il bellissimo ultimo piano, che ospita un fantastico ristorante e un bar sul tetto: una vera chicca per godersi momenti indimenticabili con una spettacolare vista su tetti, palazzi e mura storiche.

​Per quanto riguarda la sosta, l'hotel non ha parcheggi propri, ma suggerisce ottime soluzioni nelle immediate vicinanze (sia a pagamento che gratuite), situate a pochissimi metri e raggiungibili in appena un paio di minuti a piedi.

​Infine, un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza: qui tutti gli animali domestici sono accettati a braccia aperte, con un'accoglienza calorosa e autentica.

​Se cercate un luogo comodo, unico e con una marcia in più a Volterra, non potete scegliere di meglio. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo pernottato in questo splendido hotel per una sola notte ma data la posizione, la gentilezza del personale e le caratteristiche della struttura, ci tornerò presto. In particolare la camera era molto bella, spaziosa ed estremamente curata, la pulizia altrettanto accurata

This was an outstanding location and hotel in Volterra.

Would really recommend this place and Volterra is a really beautiful small town

Pros:

Jättevänligt bemötende, bra tips kring parkering av bil (utanför stadskärnan), och bra tips på promenad vid sidan av turiststråken. Bra frukost! Tips för famlijer: boka anslutande rum, som har delad dörr men rum med utsikt åt takåsar respektive gatan. Plus för den mysiga och lite hemliga takbaren!

Turistfällevarning på restaurangerna runt huvudgatan, med inkastare och allt.
