Pros:

Le personnel a été très a l'écoute ,tres bonne situation de l'hôtel au cœur de la vieille ville l'arrivée en voiture est plus problématique avec la zone ZTL mais on nous a emporté nos valises gentiment jusqu'à l'hôtel pendant que nous trouvions un parking pour garer notre voiture .une bonne réactivité pour cette aide.

Pros:

Centralissimo. Personale disponibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Colazione ottima. Unico neo, essendo in un edificio d'epoca, la mancanza di ascensore ma è una cosa di cui si può fare a meno tranquillamente. Torneremo sicuramente.

Es war eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, alles sehr sauber und einfach alle super nett. Das Café auf dem Dach = Mega! Super nett alle. Wir würden genau hier wieder hinkommen.

Excellent hosts who were eager to provide all sorts of helpful information and recommendations for sights to visit, where to eat etc. (btw, the restaurant they recommended was superb). They also offered the best breakfast by far among the places we stayed in during our 5-day Tuscan road-trip. The room was spacious and clean. Too bad we only stayed for one night!

Cons:

I'll mention it even though it wasn't really that important and didn't impact our stay: the room decor wasn't exactly to our taste but I guess most people will find the floral, frilly motif romantic.

Tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im Herzen von Volterra

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Nettes Personal. Unser Zimmer war im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Aber man hat uns selbstverständlich das Gepäck nach oben und wieder nach unten gebracht. Für italienische Verhältnisse ein ausergewöhnlich reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Lage ist perfekt, direkt im historischen Zentrum. Gerne wieder
