Empfang, Lage, Frühstück, Zimmer, Personal, alles top.
Aber die Lage des Hotels ist zu beschreiben.
Man geht erst in eine Gasse der Altstadt, sieht eine unscheinbare Türe mit dem Hotellogo darüber, und tritt ein. Links ist sofort die Rezeption und Frühstücksraum. Nach Erhalt des Schlüssels geht man rauf, rechts, links, links, rechts, Zimmer nach Zimmer, es nimmt kein Ende, rauf, links, und irgendwo ist deine Zimmernummer. Hier sieht man wie verzweigt diese Häuser im Inneren weiter gehen. Es geht jedoch noch weiter und am Ende kommt man auf eine Terrasse mit Café von der aus man über die Dächer Volterra schaut.

La terraza, sin lugar a dudas; la ubicación es mágnífica, y las vistas, espectacultares. El personal, muy atento. Otro aspecto que quiero destacar es el desayuno, excelente!!!, muy variado, y todo preparado con un cariño y una profesionalidad estupendas. Volvería, sin lugar a dudas.

El desayuno excelente. La habitación muy tranquila y la ubicación dentro del casco histórico muy cómoda. Pero lo mejor fue el trato familiar y competente de su propietario y amable personal que nos atendió durante los tres días de nuestra estancia en Volterra. Muchas gracias. Volveremos!
