Pros:

Nettes Personal, super frühstück, schönes Ambiente im Rezeptionsbereich und Frühstücksraum. Bequemes Bett. Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Kaffeautomat beim Eingang. Gute Lage zum See

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minibar Kühlschrank am Zimmer wäre noch toll. Neue Handtücher am Zimmer und das Zimmer sauber machen kostet Aufpreis. Finde ich schade

Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, es fehlte jedoch an jeglicher Abwechslung.
Das Haus war sehr angenehm, jederzeit gerne wieder.
Schön wären noch zwei Wassergläser im Zimmer und leichte Polster für die Stühle auf dem Balkon.

Cons:

Leider ging der Aufzug ab dem 2. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes nicht mehr was leider mal passieren kann.

Das Hotel lag central.Der Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und gemütlich Das Frühstück sehr gut, alles was man braucht und mehr. Man konnte sich die Eier je nach Wunsch frisch kochen.

Cons:

Der Aufzug war defekt und wurde auch vorher nicht angekündigt. Wenn jemand körperlich eingeschränkt ist, hat ein Problem. Der Frühstücksraum und die Rezeption befinden sich in der 1.Etage.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis TOP!
Pros:

Es ist ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir waren schon zum 2. mal Gäste und wenn es uns wieder an den Achensee verschlägt, werden wir dort wieder Gäste sein. Personal sehr freundlich, Lage top, Saunabereich sehr schön und sauber, Frühstück ist alles da was man braucht.

Cons:

Es ist generell sauber im Hotel, jedoch war sehr viel schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche und einen Abend hatten wir leider kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen.
Schön wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank als Zimmerausstattung.
