Pobyt i výlety po okolí jsme si moc užili.

Lokalita, chutné snídaně , večeře.

Cons:

Was able to put my motorcycle in their garage which was good..

Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt
Pros:

Velice příjemný rodinný hotel, který provozují sympatičtí majitelé. Bohatá snídaně formou bufetu, při které si vždy objednáte z menu výbornou 4 chodovou večeři (pokud máte polopenzi). Nápoje k večeři za poplatek. Oblast je ideální pro cykloturistiku. V hotelu je místnost pro kola, kde je možnost nabíjet e-biky.

Cons:

Servírka z Bosny a Herzegoviny byla někdy trošku nepříjemná. Naopak ostatní personál byl perfektní.

Pros:

Camere: Ottima la pulizia e ordine della camera del bagno e della struttura nel complesso, ottima qualità della carne proposta in tutte le sue varianti, ottima anche la pasta. Piatti super abbondanti.
Bagno: Prodotti utilizzati per la doccia e viso/mani di buonissima qualità, non prudono!!!!
Camera: presente la macchina del caffè con buona scelta degli aromi. Complimenti!!

Cons:

1) Bagno: si punta troppo all'economia e al risparmio a tal punto che i dispenser della doccia schiuma e sapone viso/mani vengono lasciati semi vuoti. Nello specifico abbiamo notato che ogni giorno veniva aggiunto circa 1 cm (h) di prodotto all'interno del dispenser che doveva bastare a farsi la doccia in 4. In 4 gg che abbiamo soggiornato questo rito è sempre stato ripetuto. Questo ci metteva parecchia ansia perchè avendo i bambini non ci si poteva permettere una doppia doccia.
Consiglio: almeno di riempire i dispenser a metà, o fornire i flaconcini mono uso che per quantità permettono un utilizzo individuale a sufficienza e senza ansia e all'occorrenza concedono anche una doppia doccia.
2) Staff: lo staff è stato nel complesso sempre cordiale e premuroso. Tuttavia, devo segnalare un comportamento scontroso e poco cordiale da parte della "presumo" capo sala (ragazza dai capelli color viola/rossi) che per ogni servizio svolto al nostro tavolo non ha mai mostrato gentilezza ma al contrario aggressività. Forse ha qualche problema con gli italiani.
3) Servizi: Poca preparazione e consapevolezza da parte della direzione dei servizi offerti dal posto ed in convenzione con la propria struttura. Solo su richiesta è stato fornito qualche indicazione ma senza specifiche e corrispondenze di dettaglio.
4) Colazioni: Consiglio di attenzionare la quantità delle bevande, soprattutto quella del succo di mela, in quanto spesso è la prima a finire e non viene quasi mai ripristinata. Morale, se si arriva a far colazione sul tardi, ci si deve accontentare di quello che rimane.
5) Cena: Orari troppo rigidi, almeno in estate darei un pò di margine in più.

Pros:

The room was spacious, it had a nice balcony and it was in great condition. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast food was ok. Quality of the food could have been a bit better for the price of the accomodation.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé et très propre ! Les chambres sont très confortables, nous avons vraiment pu nous reposer
Nous avons pris demi-pension, les repas du soir étaient excellents et le buffet petit déjeuner délicieux également !

Cons:

Le personnel nous mettait un peu la pression pour que nous mangions tôt le soir et que nous nous dépêchons de nous servir au buffet des entrées
