Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, I felt that the staff were not helpful or attentive to our concerns as guests.

One of the main issues involved the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card. I was charged for the Summer Card as part of my stay, but initially we were provided only with Guest Cards rather than the actual Summer Cards. Because of this, I had to pay separately for an activity that should have been covered. After I raised the issue with the hotel, they corrected the cards and reimbursed the amount I had paid, which I appreciated.

I was also charged an additional amount for my 7-year-old child. When I questioned this and referred to information I had seen online regarding children staying free, I was told that different conditions applied depending on how the reservation was booked. I found the policy unclear and would strongly recommend that the hotel make these conditions much more transparent before guests arrive.

The most concerning experience occurred during the night. At approximately 4:00 a.m., while my family and I were sleeping, an unknown person entered our room. My son saw the person and shouted, after which the person immediately left. I went downstairs looking for assistance, but at that time I could only find staff working around the kitchen area. I later reported the matter to the hotel. I was told that they had checked the available cameras, but there was apparently no camera covering the corridor or the area immediately outside our room.

This experience made my family feel extremely uncomfortable and was ultimately a major reason why I did not want to extend our stay as originally considered. For a family hotel, I expected much better communication, guest support and, most importantly, reassurance regarding room security.

Hotel is nice but rooms are outdated and not comfortable
Pros:

The downstairs area is very nice lovely bar etc.

Cons:

The bedrooms are not 4*
No aircon
No coffee making facilities other than granules
Pillows and bed uncomfy

Empfehlung 10/10 ! ❤️
Pros:

Wir waren für den Ironman 70.3 in Zell am See und besonders für die Sportler wurde ein gutes Speisen Angebot zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei.
Was ich sehr positiv registriert habe, ist, daß für den gesamten Aufenthalt pro Familie, ein Tisch reserviert wird, sodaß kein langes suchen nach einem Platz im Frühstücksraum am frühen Morgen nötig ist.

Besonders herzlich fanden wir den Empfang im Eingangsbereich - auf einer großen Tafel wurden hier bereits die neuen Gäste mit Namen genannt und herzlich willkommen geheißen.
Auch am Tag des Events Ironman 70.3 wurde allen Teilnehmern viel Erfolg gewünscht. Eine schöne Idee.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem super Spa Bereich.
On Top erhält man noch eine kostenlose Sommerkarte vom Hotel, wenn direkt über die Webseite Zimmer gebucht werden oder wenn über einen Anbieter wie z.B. Bookíng.com gebucht hat, vergünstigt für 10 Euro pro Person.
Mit der Sommerkarte können Zug- und Bus- Fahrten von Zell am See bis Salzburg oder Wien bzw. im gesamten Salzburger Land kostenfrei gemacht werden. Fahrt zum Kitzsteinhorn: „Gipfelwelt 3000“ auf dem Gletscher für ein hochalpines Panorama u.v.m. Einfach einsteigen und genießen.

Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung 10/10 ! ❤️

Pros:

Bon emplacement , proche du lac, arrêt du bus juste devant l'hôtel. Piscines propres. Salle de jeux pour les enfants.

Cons:

Beaucoup de guêpes.
Nid dans le balcon de notre chambre.( le personnel est néanmoins rapidement intervenu)

Naprostá spokojenost komplet se vším v tomto ubytování. Doporučujeme !
Pros:

Poloha hotelu byla super, autem blízko všude, případně autobusová zastávka hned před hotelem. Jídlo bylo výjimečné, večeři jsme měli servírovanou 5 chodů. Snídaně byla tak rozmanitá, že člověk by nejradši ochutnal úplně všechno, čerstvé lokální potraviny a nápoje. Personál příjemný, který poradil v každé situaci. Wellness byl skvělé zpříjemnění podvečerního relaxu po procházkách a cestách. Hotel byla skvělá volba pro ubytování.

Cons:

Vše bylo v pořádku, nemám co bych hodnotil na ubytování nebo poloze negativně. Vše nám vyhovovalo .
