Acessibilidade até a praia e restaurantes, tem espaço para alugar espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sol, equipe simpática, atendentes do bar são muito atenciosos e simpáticos.
Hotel grande, boa estrutura, área de restaurante bem grande, área da piscina com bastante espreguiçadeiras, área de spa e academia bons.
Pedi uma cama de casal, não tinha, tinha apenas duas de solteiro.
Quarto um pouco antigo, decoração e cores poderia ser mais clean, área da varanda precisa de alguma manutenção.
Piscina com aquela cobertura fica muito quente, parecendo uma estufa.
Wifi não era bom, n]ao funcionava direito, demorava para carregar.
Da localização, simpatia dos funcionários, da piscina e da comida servida.
Secador fraco, poucos produtos de higiene e do colchão cujo resguardo fazia imenso barulho.

Localização, piscina, ac no quarto.
Cheiro a esgoto nos quartos, pouca variedade de comida, uma barata no quarto, variação brusca de temperatura no chuverio. Falta de uns ferros para estender as toalhas na varada. Cortinado com furos e não tapava na totalidade a claridade. Canais da tv maioritariamente espanhóis.

Os homens da receção deviam seguir o bom atendimento prestado pelas colegas. A presença de formigas no quarto durante a estadia. O peq.almoço, para o preço praticado a variedade e qualidade eram muito fracas.
A localização e os acessos são bons.
O pequeno-almoço era bom mas, pouco variado.
Apenas a frente e parte lateral direita do hotel estavam mais ou menos recomendáveis de aspeto.
A parte lateral esquerda do edifício deveria estar mais cuidada e com menos acumulação de lixos.

Most disappointing 4-star stay in Portugal
I stayed 2 nights at Navegadores Monte Gordo and unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Portugal.
Check-in & Parking
The parking information was confusing and changed. I was first told €10 + €5 deposit, then 10 minutes later told €15 + €5 deposit. When checking out I was told the €5 was “part of the deposit” and I only received €5 back, not €10. The system with bollards and leaving a deposit for a key also felt unnecessary and frustrating for guests.
The entrance area also has astroturf which looked out of place for a 4-star hotel.
Staff
Most staff were polite. The cleaning ladies greeted guests and the bar staff were helpful and courteous. The evening receptionist from Spain was excellent and went out of his way to help with restaurant recommendations.
Unfortunately the reception manager was dismissive and extremely rude to new arrivals. Her tone and attitude set a very poor first impression for the hotel.
Room & Balcony
The room balcony also had astroturf flooring. There was no proper table and chairs, just a brick built-in fixture, so it wasn’t possible to actually sit outside and enjoy it. It gave the impression it was covering damp or aging issues.
Inside, the beds were uncomfortable and of poor quality, and the TV looked like a budget model, not what you’d expect from a 4-star.
There was an ant infestation in the bathroom. The shower head was loose and almost falling off the wall. The extractor fan didn’t work, so the bathroom stayed misty and will likely develop mould.
After requesting a room clean, it was not carried out properly.
Pool & Facilities
The swimming pool area also has astroturf around it. When wet it becomes a slip/trip hazard. The area also didn’t look particularly clean. The advertised spa/wellness area access was not available until 2:30pm, which wasn’t clear online.

Room: some broken parts, not extra toilet paper, only 1 bar of soap in the bathroom, no extra towels, no robe for the pool, paid towel for the pool. mold spots in the shower.
