Important information:

- Check-in is from 2pm. The establishment is not obliged to provide the room before this time. However, if we do not have the room available before 2pm, guests can leave their luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

- In the case of a late check-in after midnight, please inform the establishment so that the reservation is not canceled.
- Check-out is until 12pm. Late check-out is possible for 30 euros (standard room) / 60 euros (premium room), subject to availability. Please check this on the day of departure.

- The establishment only has 3 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. To request one of these rooms, please call us by phone to ensure your assignment.

- A maximum of 3 people can stay in the same room. However, we also accept accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children (at least one of them under 12 years old), whose rate would be that of a triple adult (one child stays free, the other pays for the stay). If this is your case, please confirm with the hotel as soon as possible to ensure your assignment as it is not guaranteed.

- Our restaurant is open from 7am to 10pm. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10:30am, lunch from 1pm to 4pm and dinner from 7pm to 9:30pm. The half-board plan includes breakfast (buffet) and lunch or dinner (menu). Dinners are not served on December 24th and 31st.

- Drinks and other products found in the room's refrigerator are part of the mini-bar and are subject to a charge for their consumption. - People under 18 years old can only stay if they are accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians.

- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Please inform Espahotel Plaza de España in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Estancia correcta, pero con algunos aspectos mejorables.

Cons:

El personal de recepción fue un poco caótico. También resultó incómodo tener que dejar las llaves del apartamento cada vez que salíamos, y no pudimos ventilar la habitación porque la ventana no se abría.

Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi tüm turistik mekânlara yürüyerek gezebiliyorsunuz. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı tesisin hemen yanında bir kafeteryada veriliyor ortalama bir kahvaltı ama yeterli diyebilirim. Odada mutfak olması çocuğu olan aileler için önemli bir özellik. Fiyat performans açısından gayet iyi bir otel. Ben ve ailem memnun kaldık bir daha Madrid’e gidersem kesinlikle yine bu tesisi tercih ederim

Isınma sistemi biraz sesli çalışıyor bizi rahatsız etmedi ama sese duyarlı olan misafirler bu durumu değerlendirmeli

Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.
Pros:

Lage und Zimmer waren sehr gut. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist gegenüber des sehr guten Hotels verbesserungswürdig. Ist zwar alles da, auch ausreichend, aber kann man besser machen.

Un mobilier vieillissant.

Chambre comfortable. Le personnel d'accueil très sympathique. Nous avons pu faire le check in dès le matin même si la chambre n'était pas disponible tout de suite. On a également pu laisser nos bagages le matin de notre arrivée à Madrid ainsi que le jour du départ jusqu'en fin d'après midi.
A 10mn à pied du Palais Royal et 30mn du Parc del Retiro.
Metro au pied de l'hôtel, à 30mn de l'aéroport

Pros:

The location is excellent and I loved the antique furniture in the bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel for 8 hours after checkout.
