Important information:

- Check-in is from 2pm. The establishment is not obliged to provide the room before this time. However, if we do not have the room available before 2pm, guests can leave their luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

- In the case of a late check-in after midnight, please inform the establishment so that the reservation is not canceled.
- Check-out is until 12pm. Late check-out is possible for 30 euros (standard room) / 60 euros (premium room), subject to availability. Please check this on the day of departure.

- The establishment only has 3 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. To request one of these rooms, please call us by phone to ensure your assignment.

- A maximum of 3 people can stay in the same room. However, we also accept accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children (at least one of them under 12 years old), whose rate would be that of a triple adult (one child stays free, the other pays for the stay). If this is your case, please confirm with the hotel as soon as possible to ensure your assignment as it is not guaranteed.

- Our restaurant is open from 7am to 10pm. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10:30am, lunch from 1pm to 4pm and dinner from 7pm to 9:30pm. The half-board plan includes breakfast (buffet) and lunch or dinner (menu). Dinners are not served on December 24th and 31st.

- Drinks and other products found in the room's refrigerator are part of the mini-bar and are subject to a charge for their consumption. - People under 18 years old can only stay if they are accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians.

- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Please inform Espahotel Plaza de España in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Localização é o ponto mais forte, as comodidades também são boas.

Cons:

As refeições, o apartamento é autosuficiente, não vale a pena as refeições, poucas opções e repetidas de dia para dia, o pequeno almoço aceitável, o resto não agradou.

No me gusto nada en absoluto, el hotel es viejísimo, esta todo sucio, da grima andar descalzo por la moqueta, las duchas pierden agua, el aire acondicionado parece un motor a reacción, el ruido de los coches es insufrible, si te lo puedes evitar no vayas a este hotel, me lo agradecerás.

El personal, sucio, chabacano, lento, pesimo hotel, nos cobraron 5 euros por dos botellas de agua, el ruido era insoportable, el parking tiene muy mala accesibilidad

Camera moderna, confortevole, spaziosa e luminosa con affaccio sulla città. Possibilità di camere familiari con angolo cottura pulitissimo e attrezzato. Personale disponibile, attento, cordiale e gentile. Gran Via a meno di 5 minuti a piedi e 3 minuti per la fermata metro. Posizione eccellente per il palazzo reale raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti e tutte le altre attrazioni. Numerose proposte di ristorazione dalla colazione alla cena nelle immediate vicinanze. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo della struttura
