- Check-in is from 2pm. The establishment is not obliged to provide the room before this time. However, if we do not have the room available before 2pm, guests can leave their luggage in our luggage room free of charge.
- In the case of a late check-in after midnight, please inform the establishment so that the reservation is not canceled.
- Check-out is until 12pm. Late check-out is possible for 30 euros (standard room) / 60 euros (premium room), subject to availability. Please check this on the day of departure.
- The establishment only has 3 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. To request one of these rooms, please call us by phone to ensure your assignment.
- A maximum of 3 people can stay in the same room. However, we also accept accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children (at least one of them under 12 years old), whose rate would be that of a triple adult (one child stays free, the other pays for the stay). If this is your case, please confirm with the hotel as soon as possible to ensure your assignment as it is not guaranteed.
- Our restaurant is open from 7am to 10pm. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10:30am, lunch from 1pm to 4pm and dinner from 7pm to 9:30pm. The half-board plan includes breakfast (buffet) and lunch or dinner (menu). Dinners are not served on December 24th and 31st.
- Drinks and other products found in the room's refrigerator are part of the mini-bar and are subject to a charge for their consumption. - People under 18 years old can only stay if they are accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians.
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Please inform Espahotel Plaza de España in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

everything worked very well, I liked the compartmented kitchen covered by sliding doors.
being woken very early by the chambermaid to clean our room while we were still asleep so we put the do not disturb sign on our door and that solved the problem.
The hotel is under renovation so some rooms are still the old version. The manager was very considerate when we were not happy about the old room and gave us a new room.
The new rooms are excellent!
Right now the breakfast was in the next door cafe and it was just bad. Fortunately many fabulous breakfast places just a few minute walk away.
A coffee machine would have been a big plus in the otherwise lovely kitchen.

La habitación era silenciosa, que es una de las cosas que mas valoramos. Cómoda y limpia aunque se notaba que esta un poco anticuado el mobiliario, al menos la habitación que nos tocó a nosotros. El baño perfecto, limpio y moderno.
El aire acondicionado (imprescindible en verano en Madrid) demasiado ruidoso, pero muy efectivo. No pasamos nada de calor en la habitación.
Excelente ubicación. Habitación completa y cómoda.
Lo único malo es que una de las noches olía mucho a cañería el baño

El desayuno podía ser un poquito mejor y quizás estar en el mismo hotel
La ubicación es estratégica, nos entregaron la habitación antes del checkin programado, todo estaba muy limpio y el personal siempre fue muy amable. En la habitación hay horno microondas y una cocina pequeña.
Solo por decir algo las almohadas podrían ser mejores
