4 Sterne gebucht und 2 Sterne erhalten!!!

Es gibt 3 Angestellte die einen super Job machen ohne sie wäre das Hotel gar nichts. An der Rezeption und im Service.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und den noch sehr ruhig.
Das wir unser Motorrad gratis in die Garage stellen durften.

Das Hotel hat ganz sicher keine 4 Sterne verdient, dass ist Betrug!
Duschen mussten wir in der Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang das Wasser lief hinaus ins Zimmer! Die Frotteetücher zum Teil ausgefranst.Die Klimaanlage wurde immer wieder aus Kosten Gründen ausgeschaltet. Die Betten wie auch die Bettwäsche sind alt und zum Teil zusammen geschnurpft. Im Schrank hatte es 3 Kleiderbügel. Das Frühstück eher auf Sparflamme. Die Frühstückseier waren kalt. Draussen haben die Tischtücher Löcher. Die Liegen im Garten fehlen. Die
ganze Anlage ist alt und entspricht überhaupt nicht den Fotos im Internet!
Die Hotel Besitzerin ist bestimmt über 80 Jahre alt, geizig und ihre Führung ist bedenklich.

gut für Zwischenstopp in Bozen geeignet
Pros:

Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Festung. Frühstück war gut. 3 km außerhalb von Bozen mit dem Auto kein Problem; sehr ruhig

Lugar de descanso sin ruidos en Bolsano
Pros:

El desayuno era abundante. La habitación y el balcón eran muy grandes y estaban limpios. Que por retraso del enlace de avión aunque estaba cerrado el chek-in (a las 21 h) me avisaron mediantes los mensajes de booking, dejando en una caja negra, con clave, la tarjeta de la habitación.

Cons:

La gestión del hotel por booking podría facilitar la información que no solo que hay una estación de tren cercana (400 m) que tiene muchos enlaces de trenes regionales con Bolsano y la zona. Podrían poner el nombre de la estación además que pasa el bus 9 y las paradas de bus más cercanas.

Rien , un hôtel qui mérite 2etoiles et encore, il devait être bien en 1970

Cons:

Rien ne fonctionne une des quatre chambres pas propre, make up sur les coussins, draps pas frais, Clim Souflenheim sauf du froid etc.

Es kann nicht sein, dass bei einem Hotel mit Klimaanlage, die man auch bezahlt, man bei 30 Grad im Zimmer nachfragen muss das sie an gemacht wir, die Lüftung darauf hin an gemacht wird und nach 2 Stunden mit verlassen des Hauses wieder aus. sodass man bei 30 Grad schlafen soll. Das Frühstück war einfach nur billig gehalten, dieses Hotel hat nicht mehr lange.

Ja positiv ist die Lage und die erreichbarkeit, und das Erscheinungsbild von ausen.

Cons:

Also ich kann den anderen hier nur zustimmen finger weg, für das Geld was sie hier verlangen in einen angeblichen 4 Sterne Hotel ist eindeutig viel zu viel und die 80 Jähhrige Eigentümerin sollte ihren ruhestand geniesen und das Zepter aus der Hand geben.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a picturesque place among the Alps. There are bus and train stops near the hotel, so it is very convenient to travel. The room was clean, comfortable with a wonderful view of the mountains. The hotel staff is very nice, friendly, they solved all our requests. If we visit Bolzano again, we will stop only here.

Da wir mit dem Zug gereist sind, war die Lage zum Bahnhof super.

CI ERO GIA' STATO IN PASSATO PIU' DI UNA VOLTA, MA NON MI ERA MAI ACCADUTA UNA SITUAZIONE VISSUTA COME QUESTA VOLTA.
