Una notte al Castello
Pros:

Posizione , tranquillità, camera da castello, ovviamente. Gentilissima signora all accoglienza ed al servizio del ristorante.

Cons:

Ristorante con cibo buono ma servizio molto lento.

Übernachtung in einem historischen Castello mit Schwimmbad und tollen Blick. Leider viel zu kurz.
Pros:

Schöne historische einzigartige Unterkunft.
Außerordentlich hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Wir konnten an dem Abend im Hotel leider nicht essen, aber uns wurde eine super Alternative angeboten. Nur leider war es etwas weiter weg. Dafür haben sie sich um den Transport gekümmert.

Non è un castello da favola.
Pros:

Il castello da fuori è molto bello e quando si arriva si resta ammirati dalla struttura e dal parco circostante. Però ci sono molte cose che non vanno.

Cons:

Considerato che si tratta di un castello storico, si capiscono i vincoli strutturali ma nonostante quelli si poteva rendere le camere e i bagni molto più belli e confortevoli. Il bagno sia della suite famigliare che della camera superior è piccolissimo: ciò credo abbia determinato l'assenza di qualsiasi piano di appoggio. La scomodità è risultata massima. I pavimenti antichi hanno reso difficile la chiusura delle porte che in alcuni casi lasciano delle fessure da cui provengono tutti i rumori esterni e inficiano la privacy dei viaggiatori. L'arredamento è vecchio (non antico e prezioso) e non lascia una buona impressione. La colazione è stata misera.

Personale molto gentile e naturalmente predisposto all'ospitalità, compresi i proprietari. Il tempo è stato inclemente, ma cenare nel fascinoso ristorantino dell'albergo e godersi il fascino antico della struttura e della camera è stato per me una vacanza a se stante.

Lovely hotel but cold room
Pros:

Hi, this was our second visit to this hotel. It’s a nice place to stay but our room was quite cold this time.

Cons:

There were two issues for me. Firstly our room out in the courtyard was cold and the heating inadequate. The second issue was receiving lots of spam emails from India because of a data hack exposing my contact details. I expect better than this.
