Bien situé, bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable.
Pros:

Chambre bruyante, Petit déjeuné très bien. Emplacement bien par rapport au centre ville.

Cons:

Le bruit et pas de climatisation.

Personeel erg aardig en vriendlijk.
Het ontbijt was prima.
Fijn dat er een lift was.

Cons:

Door ligging dicht bij het centrum veel verkeer.
Kamers hebben geen airco waardoor bij warm weer, ondanks de ventilator, veel rumoer

Nah am Eingang der Fußgängerzone auf der anderen Seite der Altstadt.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein und warm. Aufgrund der Wärme mussten wir das Fenster auflassen. Lage direkt an eine Hauptverkehrskreuzung. Durchgängig Lärm von Autos, Motorrädern, feiernden Gruppen, etc. Für die Qualität deutlich zu teuer.

Außen hui, Innen pfui! Ein Mal und nie wieder!
Pros:

Von Außen sieht das Hotel sehr schön aus. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt am Bismarckplatz und gegenüber der Fußgängerzone, sowie nur einige Gehminuten vom Neckar entfernt.

Cons:

Außen hui, Innen pfui kann ich nur sagen. Das erste Zimmer, das uns gezeigt wurde hatte noch Möbel aus den 60ger/70ger Jahren. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, weil das Zimmer absolut nicht den Bildern auf dem Buchungsportal entsprachen, wurden uns 2 weitere Zimmer gezeigt. Die Einrichtung war moderner, jedoch immer noch nicht wie auf den Bildern. Hier werden einem definitiv falsche Tatsachen vorgetäuscht. Des Weiteren verfügte KEINES der Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage. Bei Außentemperaturen von 38 Grad wurde uns lediglich ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt. Vor allem das Bad war nicht richtig sauber.
Am 2. Abend haben wir gebeten uns noch eine Flasche Wasser auf s Zimmer zu bringen (welche wir bereit waren zu zahlen). Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns daraufhin erklärt, dass nur 1 Flasche Wasser pro Aufenthalt aufs Zimmer gebracht würde, wir könnten Softdrinks an der Rezeption kaufen (Limonaden und Säfte waren vorhanden, jedoch kein Wasser) und falls wir doch Wasser wünschten wäre um die Ecke ein REWE.
Insgesamt macht es den Anschein als wäre ein Traditionshaus mit gutem Namen verkauft worden und die neuen Eigentümer halten nicht viel von gutem Service.

Een top Hotel kort bij de oude binnenstad.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Ik ga hier zeker terugkomen. Het feit dat er een lift is, si een pluspunt.

Une taxe de ville en plus.
Sur mon trajet Bruxelles Slovénie dans les autres hôtels je n' ai jamais payé cette taxe hors de prix total sur booking.

The man who met us when we checked in was very friendly and helpful with getting our car parked in the right place and answering questions. He was friendly and helpful whenever we saw him. Room was large and a big fan was provided to help cool it off. A 10-15 min walk to the main area of town, and across the street to the bus station.

Cons:

The female staff members at the front desk are not very friendly. They aren't rude, but they never greet guests when coming into the hotel or walking by. They ignore you and don't smile. In the hotel and hospitality industry, this is an important quality to have.

Historischer Charme, moderne Zimmer und Top-Lage
Pros:

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, sauber und komfortabel. Das Hotel wurde modernisiert, hat dabei aber seinen historischen Charme bewahrt. Ein wunderbares Haus mit langer Tradition in Heidelberg. Die Lage ist perfekt: In wenigen Schritten erreicht man die Fußgängerzone mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Absolut empfehlenswert!
