Son dakikada yer bulabildiğimiz için çok mutlu olduk… bizi çocuklarımızla mutlu ettiler… çok teşekkü

Son dakika rezervasyonuydu ve yorumları okuyunca moralimiz bozuk gitmiştik…ama hiç beklediğimiz gibi değildi… çalışanlar ilgiliydi, yan yana iki oda talebimizi karşıladılar, valizleri emanete bırakabildik ve konumu iyiydi…

Cons:

Genel olarak temizlik biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.

Werde ich nicht noch einmal Buchen
Cons:

Keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer.
Zimmer ist wie eine Abstellkammer gewesen. Ist ein Gefühl gewesen das das Zimmer im normalen Betrieb nicht vergeben wird.

Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht weiter und würden bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Heidelberg das Hotel nicht nochmal dort
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und wirkte unprofessionell. Weder beim Checkin noch beim Checkout war Personal an der Rezeption. Der Checkin dauerte 1 Minute. Hier wurde uns nur kurz die Karte übergeben und es gab keine Informationen zum Frühstück etc. Wir haben uns in dem Hotel nicht wohl gefühlt und auch nicht willkommen gefühlt. Der Checkout lief nur durch das Werfen der Karten in eine Box ab. In der Hotelbeschreibung stand jedoch, dass die Rezeption von 07:00-22:00 Uhr besetzt ist.
Das klimatisierte Zimmer war nur durch einen riesigen und lauten Ventilator „klimatisiert“. Diesen mussten wir wegen der Lautstärke nachts ausschalten, um überhaupt schlafen zu können.

Der Frühstücksraum war unbelüftet und dadurch sehr stickig. Das Personal hat am Ende des Flurs im Außenbereich Raucherpause gemacht und der Zigarettenqualm ist in den unbelüfteten Frühstücksraum gezogen.

Die Flure waren dreckig. Außerdem hingen in den Fluren Kameras, was einem als Gast kein gutes Gefühl gibt. Eine solche überwachte Atmosphäre möchte ich bei meinem Hotelaufenthalt nicht.

Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal, aber die Parksituation und die fehlende Klimaanlage haben den Aufenthalt beein

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir sind extra wegen der Veranstaltung angereist, mussten aber lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen und haben das Fest deshalb verpasst. Erst gegen Mitternacht hat uns ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter seinen eigenen Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage und es wurden weder Zahnbürste noch Zahnpasta bereitgestellt.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schönes, zentrales, sauberes und komfortables Hotel. Im 4 Stock im Hochsommer war es angenehm da es eine Klimaanlage gab. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum war es tatsächlich sehr warm, da ohne Fenster. Aber man hatte die Möglichkeit auf die Terrasse auszuweichen.

clean, room, support for parking, nice personel, in walking distance to inner city

The single bed bedroom right under the roof felt like a storage room and a bit expensive for that
