They ruined my leisure time before my wedding.

Decor and location.

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room because it was the night before my wedding and I wanted to sleep early and rest. But the music outside was unbearable until 1 am!!!! And they had nothing to do about it. My complaint isnt about the music its about the fact that nobody informed me they would be loud music and I would be disturb even though I made sure to ask for a quiet room 3 times before checking in.

Cons:

The guy staff at check in at night shift was not very friendly or cooperative. Housekeeping wasn’t attentive, late checkout request respond , overall didn’t felt the hospitality experience from Voco , and it’s over priced based on room space and services

I requested waiter to charge my phone with no hope at all
Lobby very small
In front of the property the Phonicha hotel there a big difference between them , I used to stay there
Facilities inside the room needs written instructions to deal with the control keys. If I use night moods the A/C shut down?🤔
Poor breakfast buffet
As an international occasion FIFA W Cub , the hotel didn’t operate or even allow offer Bein sports ⚽️ inside rooms.

Pros:

The location is perfect in the middle of the Capital city. Close to many restaurants, cafes, shopping centers and further trips to see the mountains. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent
