Perfect locations and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location is prime you are in the Old Town do you don’t pay for any Taxi to go around. All the attractions are walking distance including the cable cars. The staff were really friendly. It was our honeymoon they made every effort to make it special which we really appreciated. Breakfast was a good spread. Also incredible view from the hotel.

Buon hotel da evitare nella settimana del festival del cinema

È centralissimo e il personale è molto cortese, ottima colazione

Cons:

Siamo stati molto sfortunati perché l hotel affaccia su una piazza dove si fanno degli eventi e la prima notte è stato terribile fino alle 2 musica elettronica a tutto volume che faceva vibrare anche tutti i vetri. Fortunatamente abbiamo capito che questo tipo di eventi ci sono solo durante il festival del cinema, quindi se andate a letto presto ve lo sconsiglio in quel periodo.

The staff was the only good part.

Cons:

Let’s see the air-conditioning barely worked. Also, they need to change the filter The shower leaked and the whole floor was drenched. They didn’t even put toilet paper in the toilet paper holder. They don’t give enough towels the elevator shakes every time I use it and doesn’t close all the way. When I was there the hotel next-door had parties till 1:30 in the morning one night and midnight the next night and even with earplugs in it’s still loud so it’s impossible to sleep.

Era la semana del cine y todos los dias habia un evento en el hotel que esta junto a este. Las cuatro noches que estuvimos no hemos podido descansar bien
Muchísimo ruido y la música a tope incluso hasta la.1:30 de la mañana. A eso añadirle que el aire acondicionado se paraba y nos despertebamos con mucho calor y nos teníamos que levantar a ponerlo.

I didn`t like the fixed shower head in the bathroom. The bathroom is too small. Parking is very cramped. Breakfast options could have been better. If you are serving hot dogs than there should be mustard.
