Pros:

Ottima posizione, in centro vicino alle più importanti attrazioni turistiche.
Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale gentilissimo, un particolare ringraziamento alla ragazza della reception con i capelli lunghi neri, gentilissima e disponibile. Colazione varia e abbondante. Consigliatissimo.

Pros:

The location is great near the old shopping center and in the heart of the old town and 2 minutes walk from the river good space room friendly staff 👍

Cons:

The failure the management showed facing the air conditioning problem they kept us in a hot rooms hot lobby hot eating area for 4 days without any solution although they have another hotel! We send massages with no reply the reception staff didn’t have any answer and they were suffering from the situation until we suggested to transfer us to another hotel!

Good hotel with a wonderful location right in Old town
Pros:

The location: right at the begining of the old town (I think this one of its strongest points) Also the staff working behind the reception were professional and very warm and friendly at the same time (the first trong point of all!).

Cons:

No really so bad. Breakfast a bit basic and not great qualitu but rooms have a very good size (maybe bathrooms are a bit date, although everything was clean) and I have no complaints. I would definitely choose this hotel next time in Sarajevo.

Sarajevo è una città multietnica e multirazziale da scoprire. I cibi locali meritano un assaggio!!!
Pros:

La posizione centralissima dell'hotel è ottima. Pur essendo in pieno centro l'hotel è rientrato rispetto alla strada principale ed è molto silenzioso.
La colazione, soprattutto la parte salata è ottima sia come varietà che quantità di piatti. Il succo e le altre bevande molto buone. Una menzione particolarmente positiva per il caffè espresso e il cappuccino, sono ottimi come dalle migliori tradizioni italiane.
