Obwohl ich schon bei der Reservierung und beim Check-In angegeben habe, dass ich bereits um 5h in der Früh aufbreche, war kein Lunchpaket vorbereitet und zusätzlich musste ich mir das Brot selbst kaufen, da das Hotel noch kein Brot um 5h zur Verfügung hatte.

The position in the city centre.
The breakfast was good.
The safe was blocked closed. I asked the reception to open it but they didn’t manage to.
There was not even a bottle of water in the room at the arrival and the frigobar was empty. There was not a lamp next to the bed so it was necessary to walk in the dark after switching the lights off at the room entrance. The bad sheets smaller than the mattress. The yellowed pillowcase. The headboard of the bed not fixed. The broken shower cabin. The sink plug missing. The old shower head.
We were really pleased with Hotel Art. It's located excellently next to the old town of Sarajevo - everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms appeared to be renovated, and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, we were happy to have any included in the price.
The bathrooms are a bit outdated, thats our main gripe.

The staff was amazing
Airconditioning was broken, shower cabin as well, breakfast was more than underwelming
The location of the hotel was good.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. I woke up at around 3:00 a.m. feeling itchy and was shocked to find a cockroach on my bed. Finding a cockroach in the room is bad enough, but finding one on the bed is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
At around 6:45 a.m., I was woken up again by people loudly moving tables outside. The hotel staff could have easily intervened and asked them to keep the noise down.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable, but honestly, everything else became irrelevant after finding a cockroach on my bed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
