Prächtiges altes Hotel im modernen Design
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel in Innenstadtlage mit erstaunlicher Liebe zum Detail. Ein bisschen befremdlich wirkte im Hotelzimmer der Sichtbeton im Kontrast zum alten Hotel, dafür großzügige Raumfläche, Nespresso Maschine, Badewanne mit Dusche. Im Spa Bereich gab es ein tolles Schwimmbad, schöne Dampfsauna, Fitnessgeräte. Das Frühstück war individuell und sehr reichhaltig, vor allem mit einer riesigen Obstauswahl. Großer Parkplatz und Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Die große Nespresso Maschine im Frühstücksraum gab vielen Rätsel auf, die nur mit Hilfe des Personals gelöst werden konnten. Allerdings wurden bis dahin einige Kapseln sinnfrei verschwendet. In Zeiten von Umweltschutz keine gute Idee.

Pros:

Lovely location, the upper floor rooms were very nice and modern. The staff were welcoming, everything was spotless.

Cons:

Initially we were put in a room right next to construction which started at 7 in the morning, the staff were nice enough to relocate us to a different room far away from the noise. Everything was taken care of in no time. The other room we got was a downgrade, but we were glad we could sleep in the next day. I would reconsider putting clients in a room next to construction knowing that the workers start early and there’s no way of ignoring the noise. Also the pool was a bit cold at moments. Other than that I’ve got 0 complaints

De laatste nacht was gewoon teleurstellend.
Pros:

De locatie was goed, de rooftopbar had een mooi uitzicht en het restaurant had een goede kaart. Verder was er een uitgebreid ontbijt, erg goede koffie met vriendelijk personeel. Prima Spa.

Cons:

Geen geluidsisolatie in de deluxe kamers. Je hoorde mensen op de gang, de buren douchen en praten.

Verder was er een bruiloftsfeest met DJ op de begane grond en zaten we met onze kamers op de derde verdieping precies boven die harde disco van tot 24 uur. Niet iets wat je bij een Michelin hotel en 5 sterren hotel verwacht. Nog nooit meegemaakt. Men bood ons ‘s avonds laat nog andere kamers aan, want ze begrepen de overlast, maar we lagen al in bed. Dan ga je niet meer helemaal verhuizen of je spullen onbeheerd in je oude kamer laten.

Bij het uitchecken meldde ze dat we “volgende keer wel een stille kamer krijgen”. Dat zou gewoon standaard moeten zijn voor een 5 sterren hotel, dat er geen herrie is. Zet mensen dan niet op die gang….wij boeken dit hotel dus niet meer en raden het ook niet aan bij vrienden en familie.

hotel je brutalne hlucny a neda se tam spat (odjela jsem kvuli tomu o den drive), je slyset hluk pri rovnani umytych priboru v restauraci o patro vyse, po celem hotelu hodne hucela klimatice (zrejme externi jednotky), zvukova izolace mezi pokoji zrejme chybi, je slyset bezny hovor, bouchani dveri z chodby v noci, z venci je slyset veskery hluk tez

dalsi vec oc me zarazila je vraceni auta z hoteloveho parkingu - proc jsem mela rozstrlovanou hudbu, radio, nastaveni klimatizace opravdu netusim

Tolle Lage, tolles Hotel, Zimmer mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Lage ist extrem günstig für Ausflüge in die Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wer alte Hotels mag, ist hier richtig, zumindest für die öffentlichen Flächen, die Zimmer sind modern durchrenoviert und eher stylish als gemütlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock zur Kirche hin war extrem dunkel und die Lüftung vor dem Fenster machte permanent Krach, so dass man das Fenster schließen musste. Solche Zimmer würde ich nur als Notreserve vermieten. Unsere Einrichtung war sehr stylisch, aber letztlich nicht bequem, ist allerdings Geschmackssache.
