Старая архитектура и отличная кухня
Pros:

Сама гостиница, комната угловая три окна с балкончиком. Большая ванная комната. Место для центра города относительно тихое. Стоянка машины дороговатая, но место для экскурсий по городу - шикарное.

Cons:

Ресторан с Мишленовской звездой. Официанты - в одной смене ошиблись в счете на второй день, официантка ошиблась в подаче блюд. Что смазало впечатление. Кухня отличная, карпачио из помидор аыше всякой похвалы.

Pros:

Byl jsem nadšený z toho jak to v Monopolu vypadá. Vkusně luxusní interiér, útulné a krásné wellness a fajn snídaně ve velkorysém prostoru. Extra pohodlná postel a obří designová koupelna :). Rád se vrátím

Great location, strange window between bedroom and toilet
Pros:

Perfect location, within walking distance of all sights, large and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff at the reception, and valet parking.

Cons:

We weren't very enthusiastic about the floor-to-ceiling, transparent glass window between the bedroom and the toilet, the shower drain couldn't handle it and the entire bathroom flooded, and the rooftop bar staff could have been a bit friendlier; instead of taking our order, they emphatically stated that they would be closing in half an hour.

Modern hotel in a great central location
Pros:

Great location right in the heart of Wrocław. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We also really enjoyed the cocktail bar. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or spa area. Very good value for money, especially considering the central location. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The room was right next to the tram line, so it was quite noisy, and the soundproofing could definitely be better. The room itself didn’t feel very cozy due to the very high ceilings and the furniture layout, which seemed a bit random. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Check out až ve 12:00.

Cons:

Vířivka studená. Wellness by zasloužilo renovaci, hlavně sauna.

Nefungovala nám vířivá vana na pokoji.

Pokój i lokalizacja super

Cons:

Niestety w basenie odpadły części krawędzi, przez co były ostre zakończenia brzegu basenu. Syn na przykład skaleczył sobie palec. Wydaję mi się to niedopuszczalne w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Sauna parowa nie działała już koło 21. Natomiast w suchej wieczorem śmierdziało przepalonym piecem. Rano jednak musieli dodawać pewien zapach ponieważ było przyjemniej. Reszta ok.

Von außen Grand Hotel, innen ohne Grandeur.
Pros:

Lage am Rand der Altstadt, Anklänge an das frühere Grand Hotel, die Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war äußerst nüchtern eingerichtet, modernistisch bist ungemütlich, keine adäquate Sitzgelegenheit, sondern eher ein Sitz Blocker mit Lehne, die Fenster nur um genügend gegen Lärm abgedichtet (man hörte die Straßenbahn, wenn sie quietschend um die Ecke fuhr).
