I’m still waiting on my deposit! Which was huge! Over $2000 aud! We have traveled Europe for over 3 months and was never asked for that much deposits. The hotel is not helpful at all realising the money. Staff at breakfast rude and lazy.

Die Lage ist sehr gut um alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Wir waren vor fünf Jahren schon einmal da. Damals fahren wir sehr zufrieden. Auf Grund dessen haben wir noch mal gebucht. Kein vergleich mehr. Möbel beschädigt, Wasser im Bad nicht abgelaufen, Frühstück wir im 2 Sterne Hotel. Einfach mittelmäßig. Personal drauf hingewiesen, keine Reaktion. Insgesamt leidet das Personal an Selbstüberschätzung, was dem Haus selbst nicht mehr entspricht. Schade.

Klimatyczny hotel z pięknym tarasem na dachu
Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny, krótki pobyt. Profesjonalna recepcja, szybkie zameldowanie, duży pokój i przestronna łazienka. Hotel ma elegancki, bardzo ciemny klimat — efektowny, choć wieczorem w pokoju trochę brakowało światła do pracy przy komputerze. Restauracja i bar kameralne, dania poprawne, śniadanie z dużym wyborem. Kawa kapsułkowa przy śniadaniu trochę zaskakuje w hotelu tej klasy, ale obsługa szybko i uprzejmie zaproponowała prawdziwą kawę. Obsługa ogólnie bardzo młoda, momentami trochę spięta, ale uprzejma. Największe wrażenie zrobił na mnie taras na dachu — świetne miejsce.

Cons:

Osobom, które śpią lekko, klima może przeszkadzać, zwłaszcza bez zatyczek do uszu.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch sonst war alles Bestens bis auf die u. g. Sache

Cons:

Im Badezimmer gefiel mir die Verglasung zum Schlafzimmer nicht; auf die fehlende Trennwand von der Dusche zur Badewanne ist nicht gut gelöst.
Hier hat wohl der Designer vor dem Praktiker gewonnen.

Luxurious and elegant but underwhelming
Pros:

The general design of the hotel is luxurious and elegant. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was helpful and polite. Also, the location is very convenient.

Cons:

The design of the room was completely impractical. The elevator to our room didn't require a card and the floor could be easily accessed by non-guests which translates to safety issues. In addition, even though the room was huge there weren't proper luggage racks. The mattress and pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. In addition, the room was very dark due to poor lighting. Last but not least, the bathroom design was horrible, you cannot shower without flooding the floor
and the glass window on the bathroom wall left no privacy at all. Overall I couldn't shake the thought that the architect just wanted to get an award and didn't care to pay attention to basic practical considerations of a hotel room.

Cons:

Stan udostępnionego pokoju oraz części wspólnych obiektu wskazywał na istotne i długotrwałe zaniedbania w zakresie utrzymania czystości, higieny oraz standardu wyposażenia. W szczególności stwierdziłyśmy:
brudną, niemytą od dłuższego czasu podłogę – co potwierdziło zwykłe przetarcie niewielkiej ilości rozlanej wody, po którym papier był czarny od zalegającego brudu;
zakurzone lampy i wyposażenie, pokryte widoczną warstwą kurzu;
stolik oraz powierzchnie meblowe z widocznym osadem, śladami zabrudzeń i brakiem bieżącej pielęgnacji;
fotel przy toaletce w stanie skrajnie niehigienicznym – lepki w dotyku, z tłustymi plamami po bokach, sprawiający odrażające wrażenie użytkowe; z uwagi na jego stan zmuszone byłyśmy zabezpieczać go własnymi ręcznikami, aby móc z niego skorzystać;
obdrapane ściany, zużyte i zaniedbane meble, wymagające odświeżenia lub wymiany;
zabrudzone elementy dekoracyjne położone bezpośrednio na pościeli oraz nieświeże, nieprzyjemnie pachnące koce;
ręczniki łazienkowe w stanie niedopuszczalnym – zużyte, poszarzałe, niedoprane, z uszkodzonymi zawieszkami, nienadające się do standardowego użytkowania;
utrzymujący się nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, który wymagał wielokrotnego wietrzenia;
brak skutecznego sprzątania nawet po interwencji – czego dowodem było pozostawienie widocznych zabrudzeń oraz martwego owada na parapecie.

Przepiękne wnętrza Hotelu
Pros:

Piękny hotel cudowne wnętrza. Wysokie sufity, bardzo dużo przestrzeni w pokoju. Duża łazienka z wanna i prysznicem. Profesjonalna obsługa. Śniadanie obfite, ogromny wybór owoców. Wszystko świeże i smaczne. Lokalizacja idealna.

Cons:

W pokoju jest dość ciemno. Nie ma głównego mocnego oświetlenia.

Fajną opcję była możliwość zmiany pokoju.
Personel miły i pomocny.
W pokojach czysto i przyjemnie, piękne masywne meble.
Na górze taras widokowy z panaramą na całe miasto, a na dole spa i basen, z którego warto skorzystać. Na miejscu można było kupić jakościowy strój kąpielowy polskiej firmy 👍
