LOCAL TAX LAW

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable y la vista a la cordillera de sus habitaciones es maravillosa, ya que están en pisos muy altos. A esto se suma algo importantísimo, la excelencia del personal. Tanto en la recepción como en el desayunador son sumamente atentos y cálidos. En las suites con cocina y living uno se siente como en casa.
Habitación con mucho espacio. Dos baños. Cercania al parque Arauco. Buen desayuno.
No hay mantas adicionales en el clóset.
Dos días no tuvimos limpieza de la habitación.
Si hay cocina deberían ofrecer más utensilios.
La ubicación y el tamaño de las habitaciones
Tiene un potencial enorme, pero falla en cosas muy importantes, la cama matrimonial tiene dos colchones que que son muy incómodos, las almohadas malas. Los lugares para enchufar son incómodos y el lugar para sentarse a trabajar está lejos de la ventana y con poca luz
Excelente espaço do quarto, boa cozinha, vista espetacular das montanhas, bom café da manhã. Localização perfeita, ao lado do Shopping Parque Arauco, com supermercado, restaurantes e várias lojas. O Estacionamento é gratuito.
Necessita de modernização. A ducha varia de temperatura e de fluxo. Ruído no quarto ao lado.

O café da manhã é compartilhado com o Hotel Marriott e oferece uma ótima variedade. A localização é excelente, permitindo ir a pé até o Shopping Parque Arauco, o que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais prática. O grande destaque da experiência foi a gentileza da equipe em nos conceder um upgrade da suíte standard para a suíte executiva com vista para a montanha, o que fez toda a diferença e tornou a hospedagem ainda mais especial e fiquei encantada com a vista. Roupa de cama, toalhas e roupões estavam impecavelmente limpos. Com certeza foi uma excelente experiência e voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.
