Hotel mit Ausblick
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick war ordentlich, die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist traumhaft! Parkgarage im Haus.

Cons:

Die vielen Stufen die vom Zimmer bis zum Meer führen - aber das ist leider nicht vermeidbar. Ebenso die Stufen innerhalb des Restaurants.

Ein perfekter und gelungener Urlaub mit einem großen Wohlfühlfaktor!
Pros:

Es war einfach super.Die Zimmer gemütlich,sauber,klimatisiert und geräumig.Der Strand gepflegt und mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet.Das Frühstück reichhaltig,auch das Abendessen,das man zubuchen konnte.Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und gepflegt und vor allem freundlich.Anliegen wurden direkt bearbeitet.Angefangen von der Rezeption(Davor),den Servicekräften Niksa und Ado und den Reinigungskräften.Ein durchweg professionell geführtes Familien-Hotel in dem Wohlfühlen angesagt ist.Kommen auf jeden Fall und gerne wieder. Pozdrav!Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Miły hotel z miłym personelem!
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, super pomocny personel, pokój z widokiem na morze świetny! Hotel ma swój parking, dobre śniadanie w cenie.

Cons:

Budynek przy samym morzu nie dla osób z kłopotami z poruszaniem się- dużo schodów. Nam to kompletnie nie przeszkadzało, ale warto wiedzieć.

I really liked my stay at Hotel Villa Nova in Neum. The location was very central, making it easy to get around and enjoy the town. One of the highlights was the amazing swimming hub that’s available exclusively for hotel guests — it made the stay feel extra special. The breakfast was decent and satisfying, and I really enjoyed the nice view from the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the experience.

Cons:

There were a few aspects of my stay at Hotel Villa Nova that I didn’t enjoy. The on-site parking was extremely tight, and on one occasion we were boxed in by another car. Since the staff couldn’t locate the owner, we ended up having to crawl in through the trunk just to reach the driver’s seat, which was very inconvenient. Another issue was the inconsistency in the rooms — I booked with a friend, and while my room was fine, his was severely outdated and old, despite us both paying the same price. Lastly, while the staff were cordial to my Balkan friend, their attitude toward me as an English speaker unfortunately felt hostile, which made parts of the experience uncomfortable.
