Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Atendeu bem ao que eu precisava.

Cons:

A academia só abre das 9h às 21h. Acho que não custa nada abrir mais cedo, pois tem pessoas que só possuem disponibilidade para fazer exercícios de manhã cedo, antes de seus compromissos.

A localização do hotel é excelente e o quarto é muito bom.

Cons:

Do atendimento e principalmente da recepção que é péssima em comunicação. O chekin estava previsto para às 15h, cheguei umas 14:30 e fui informado que teria que aguardar o horário. Chegou no horário e meu quarto ainda não estava disponível, apenas uns 20 à 30 minutos após o horário do checkin, efetivamente consegui realizá-lo.
